Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the development team, marketing, and CEO
• Run customer development (custdev) interviews and gather continuous feedback
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Define and own the product roadmap and backlog
• Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Build new features and optimize existing workflows, including AI-powered ones
• Improve the current product UX in collaboration with design and development
• Contribute to and evolve the long-term product development vision

Project description

We’re looking for a Crowd Marketing Specialist to grow Coupler.io’s presence on Reddit and SaaS-specific communities/forums like Shopify, Xero, etc.

You’ll join conversations where users talk about data, reporting, and automation, and contribute responses tied to real solutions using Coupler.io. You’ll also monitor brand mentions, track discussions, and spot opportunities for meaningful engagement.

By showing up consistently in online communities, you’ll help users find practical solutions to data and reporting problems, no pitch required. Just good answers that happen to involve Coupler.io in terms of data flow automation, reporting optimization, etc.

Required skills

⭐ 1+ year of experience in digital marketing in any position (experience in Support or Social Media would be a plus)
⭐ Advanced written and spoken English
⭐ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
⭐ Ability to pick up new tools quickly
⭐ Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day (drafting messages, researching threads, etc.)
⭐ Curiosity, self-direction, eagerness to learn
⭐ Basic Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, GSheets, Drive)
⭐ Capability to manage your own tasks and collaborate with a team
⭐ Familiarity with how online communities function

As a plus

🔹Experience managing a Reddit account or crowd marketing in SaaS communities
🔹Background in SaaS, data tools, or marketing technology
🔹Familiarity with data integration or business intelligence concepts

🔹Respond to threads with clear, helpful answers, and explain how Coupler.io fits where it genuinely does
🔹Create and publish posts in Coupler.io’s own community spaces
🔹Track brand mentions across communities and join conversations where your input adds real value
🔹Maintain a structured log of activity, including threads, responses, and performance
🔹Analyze engagement and share regular insights with the SEO Manager, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities
