As Stormotion grows and new projects come in, we’re looking for someone to help us find more talented people and guide them through our hiring process.
 

Ukraine-based role
 

Stormotion is a Mobile & Web Development Company focused on Fitness, HealthTech & IoT projects for startups and SME businesses in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia and USA.
 

Your role will be:

  • Searching, pre-screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles, including React Native, Back-end, designers, lead generation specialists, copywriters, and others;
  • Building and testing sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, and other channels;
  • Maintaining candidate databases and keeping recruitment data accurate and up to date;
  • Gradually taking ownership of vacancies end-to-end: from clarifying the role requirements to coordinating interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Supporting HR-related tasks and team activities during periods when recruitment workload is lower.
     

To join the team you need:

  • 1+ years in talent sourcing, proven success cases, and readiness to run candidate interviews;
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and software development processes;
  • A human-oriented mindset, healthy communication style, and genuine interest in finding the right people;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (because you will create the first impression of the company for candidates);
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, curiosity, and a structured approach to candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment metrics;
  • Being digitally native (tools, spreadsheets, databases, and recruitment-related platforms);
  • Experience in running interviews to check candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus);
  • An educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (would be a plus);
