The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Automation Engineer who combines B2B marketing understanding with hands-on technical skills to build AI-powered systems for lead generation and business growth. Working directly with our CEO, you’ll turn our GTM strategy, target audiences, and messaging into automated workflows that identify relevant prospects, detect buying signals, personalize outreach, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, automation engineering, and GenAI. It’s not a traditional marketing manager or a pure RevOps consulting position. We need someone who understands what makes B2B marketing effective and can build, launch, and improve the systems that make it work.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered workflows and agents for prospect research, lead qualification, personalization, and nurturing.
• Enrich target-account and contact data using ICP criteria, buying signals, and relevant business information.
• Develop personalized LinkedIn and email outreach workflows, with human review before external messages are sent.
• Connect AI tools, data sources, CRM systems, and outreach platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Build workflows for content creation, repurposing, distribution, and founder-led marketing.
• Track conversion from prospect identification to qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

B2B marketing and GTM

• Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, outbound, growth, or GTM execution, preferably in the technology sector.
• Understanding of ICP, account-based marketing, buying signals, lead qualification, personalization, and nurturing.
• Ability to connect marketing activities with qualified leads, sales opportunities, and pipeline growth.

Technical and AI skills

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents.
• Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Clay, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and structured data.
• Ability to troubleshoot workflows, validate AI outputs, and improve reliability.
• Python or JavaScript is a plus.

Tools and collaboration

• Experience with GTM, enrichment, or outreach tools such as Clay, HeyReach, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email outreach.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and willingness to execute independently.

As we approach market launch, we need someone to own the stories we tell about it, and how they reach people.
 

The role

• Title: Content Creator (AI-first, fitness & wellness)
• Seniority: Mid-level (2–4 years)

You will own UN1Q's day-to-day content: planning it, writing it, producing it with AI-assisted workflows, publishing it and learning from the results. Most of our campaign content is AI-generated, so you will be fluent in the tools that make it and have the judgement to keep it accurate, on-brand and honest. You'll work closely with our Digital Designer, who owns brand visuals and hero campaign assets, and with Marketing and our CEO, who knows the product and its scientific methodology end to end.

What success looks like (first 6 months)

• A content strategy and 90-day launch calendar (pillars, platforms, formats, cadence) agreed with Marketing and the CEO.
• A steady weekly output across the agreed platforms, built on a documented AI-assisted workflow (prompts, templates, checklists) that others can follow.
• A tone-of-voice guide and a claims checklist, covering what we can and cannot say about training, nutrition and results, in daily use.
• Launch content (teasers, announcements, educational series) published on schedule.
• A monthly performance report with two or three clear learnings, such as which hooks and formats work, acted on the following month.

Quality & compliance

• Check content for accuracy and unsupported claims, with the CEO signing off anything new or borderline.
• Label realistic AI-generated content as required by the EU AI Act, keep a log of tools and sources, and respect music and likeness rights.
• Avoid content that promotes extreme dieting, unrealistic body ideals or unsafe training advice.

Must-haves

1. 2+ years creating and publishing social content for a brand or product, shown by a portfolio or live channel with measurable results.
2. Strong written English: hooks, scripts and captions in a clear, natural brand voice.
3. Short-form video editing in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere or similar, with a feel for hooks, pacing, captions and retention.

This is not a delivery or coordination seat. You own new revenue ventures the way a founder does — shape the thesis, validate the bet, build it, launch it, and decide whether to scale or shut it down. You carry the P&L, set the strategy, and run go-to-market and unit economics. You'll manage a portfolio of bets simultaneously and make the call on where to double down and where to cut.

Founder-level partnership

You sit beside the founders as a peer — challenging the thesis, bringing your own, and co-owning direction. You bring decision-ready thinking: the upside, the risk, the recommendation. You surface hard truths early and close the loop on every commitment with owner accountability, not manager compliance.

Building teams and organisations

You hire and build the founding team for each venture — recruiting and setting the bar the way a founder hires their first ten. You build culture and operating rhythm from zero, coordinate shared resources without formal authority, and lead by conviction rather than control.

You will work closely with the Head of Project, Production Manager, and Marketing team to build, maintain, and continuously improve our sending infrastructure, authentication, reputation, and inbox placement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own list hygiene and engagement-based segmentation across the project portfolio, including unengaged subscriber management, list validation, and spam trap removal.
• Build segments to track email performance and overall project health
• Monitor email performance metrics daily; troubleshoot metric deviations
• Run blocklist monitoring and delisting for sending domains and links
• Lead domain and IP reputation recovery when sender reputation declines

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years in email deliverability, or in hands-on email marketing with deliverability ownership
• Experience managing 200,000–300,000 email sends per day on a single project
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Solid understanding of list hygiene, engagement-based segmentation, and mailbox provider filtering
• Strong knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and Gmail/Yahoo bulk sender requirements
