We’re looking for a Content Manager to support our marketing team on a part‑time contract basis. The role combines content creation and coordination, with a focus on writing clear B2B copy and keeping content delivery on schedule across social media, email, blog, and website channels.
 

You’ll translate complex, science‑driven topics into structured, credible messaging aligned with HelloBiome’s brand voice and positioning. This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently and coordinating content production across multiple contributors.

This is a part‑time, fully remote role (approximately 20 hours per week), open to candidates based in Ukraine or other international locations. 
 

You’ll work primarily with WordPress/Elementor, HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, and Canva or Figma to create, manage, publish, and coordinate content.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content management, content writing, or digital marketing in a B2B environment

- Strong writing and editing skills in English, with close attention to tone, clarity, and consistency

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Engineering & Content Generation: Create high-quality copy using AI frameworks (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Multilingual Localization: Prepare multi-language content using AI tools and perform final reviews with translation software.
• Web Publishing: Format and publish materials within the WordPress admin panel. Work with HTML markup to ensure perfect content display and site integrity.
