Soft Does is an IT company whose services are used by businesses across the US, including non-technical ones. The company is scaling its website content: SEO-optimized service pages are already live, with more pages, technology descriptions and blog content planned. 

You will work in tandem with the company's current Content Manager, who will onboard you, set priorities and review your work. The workflow is self-managed and result-oriented: you pick tasks from the internal management tool and own them end to end.

About the Role

Your main focus will be on creating and managing website content. You will write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused content, then publish it in the CMS using ready-made templates. Most of your work will involve writing and editing texts, while the remaining time will be spent formatting pages, the visual part, and managing content within the CMS platform.

What You'll Do

• Create SEO-optimized texts following the established content structure (we work in Surfer SEO)
• Edit and rework AI-generated drafts: remove cliches, add uniqueness, adapt the text to our structure
• Create and fill service pages in the CMS using templates - with high attention to detail
• Work with keywords and make sure every page is optimized for Google and AI search
• Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for research and information gathering
• Manage your own task flow in the internal management tool
• Search for, generate (AI) and basic image editing for pages or texts (if necessary)

• Over time - additional content tasks: blogs, outreach articles, new page types (technology pages, etc.)

   

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, SEO Copywriter or Content Creator with a focus on texts (not graphic or video content creation)
• Hands-on experience with any CMS (WordPress, Shopify or similar - university or internship experience also counts)
• Confident use of AI tools for content beyond ChatGPT: you write detailed prompts and critically edit the output instead of copy-pasting it
• Understanding of SEO basics and keyword work (e.g., Google Keyword Planner or similar tools)
• English B1 - enough to read and edit texts

We're a fast-growing iOS calorie-tracking app, part of ScaleValley (a portfolio of companies), hiring a full-time TikTok Creator Program Manager to build and run our roster of TikTok creators. But it starts with understanding our customer. Who they are, what they care about, what makes them stop scrolling and decide to buy. You'll build the content strategy around that insight — and make sure every asset, from a listing infographic to a lifestyle shoot, speaks directly to them.

You'll set the visual direction, establish brand standards, organize photo and video shoots, and lead the design team — not just manage their tasks, but elevate the quality of everything they produce.

This isn't execution support. This is the person who builds the content function and owns the result.

What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Vision

• Define our customer portrait and build a content strategy around it — what we show, how we show it, what we never show
• Develop and maintain a unified visual brand standard: tone of voice, color rules, scene guidelines, content formats
• Build and maintain a reference library: strong/weak content examples, scene rules, color standards
• Sync with PM on content priorities for product launches across Amazon, Shopify, and other channels

Content Production

• Write structured, detailed briefs for designers — format, references, copy, visual direction — clear enough to execute without follow-up questions
• Develop copy for infographics: key benefits, product features, USPs
• Gather references and define the visual concept before any work begins
• Own the full content cycle: brief → design review → feedback → final delivery
• Plan designer workload proactively so deadlines don't turn into fire drills

Photo & Video Production

• Plan and coordinate product photo and video shoots — both remote and on-location
• Prepare shoot briefs: moodboards, references, scene setups, props, lighting direction, and shot lists
• Source and coordinate studios, photographers, models, and animals for lifestyle shoots
• Art-direct shoots remotely or in person — ensuring output meets listing and brand standards
• Build a consistent pipeline of live content (photo and video) alongside AI-generated visuals

Quality Control

• Ensure visual consistency across listings, banners, PDP, A+ content and social
• Catch color accuracy issues — fabrics need to look right on screen
• Flag inconsistencies between banner and PDP images before they cause returns
• Maintain scene and setting standards — know which contexts work for our product and which don't

Team Leadership

• Be the creative lead designers come to with questions — give structured feedback that helps them grow, not just fixes the asset
• Build a culture of ownership within the creative team

What We're Looking For

Must have

• 4–6+ years in content production, creative direction, or brand content management
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce content: Amazon listings, A+ content, marketplace infographics, Shopify
• Experience organizing photo and video shoots — from brief to final result
• Art direction experience or visual leadership on product shoots
• Proven ability to write detailed creative briefs that designers can execute independently
• Experience managing or coordinating a design team
• Strong visual thinking — you can articulate why something works or doesn't, not just feel it
• Understanding of color accuracy and working with textile products
• Figma (user level), Asana / Trello / Notion

Nice to have

• Background in home goods, textiles, furniture, or lifestyle products
• Copywriting skills for short product-facing texts
• Familiarity with Amazon listing structure — understanding how content elements (title, bullets, images, A+) work together

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Product Content & Creative Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an operational mindset and understands how content impacts customer experience and conversion performance. You will take ownership of our product content across Amazon Europe and, in the future, Shopify. 

This is a hybrid creative and operational position that requires both coordination of external creative teams and direct execution of visual tasks.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Create, edit and adapt product visuals using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.

✏️ Make quick and light graphic edits internally when needed.

🖼️ Improve product images: packshots, infographics, lifestyle visuals, comparison tables, pictograms, visual hierarchy and overall product page clarity.

⭐ Create and optimize Amazon Premium A+ Content and Brand Stores.

🤝 Collaborate with PPC manager in creation of visual assets for Amazon Ads, Meta Ads and other acquisition campaigns.

📢 Coordinate external content providers (photo/video agencies, 3D studios and UGC creators).

Requirements

💼 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, e-commerce content, or a similar role.

🎯 Strong proficiency in Figma.
