We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a dynamic fintech-oriented project. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, structured, and successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (business teams, product owners, end users)
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, functional specifications)
• Model and document business processes (AS IS / TO BE)
• Decompose business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team
• Collaborate with PM/PO in sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Support the development team throughout the implementation process
• Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in fintech, banking products, or marketplaces
• Hands-on experience with loyalty programs
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation (interviews, workshops, data analysis)
• Experience writing documentation: User Stories, Use Cases, functional specifications
• Practical experience with process modeling such as BPMN / UML
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure and present information clearly
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

• Experience working with mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing queries for data selection)

Requirements

• At least 4 years in a Systems Analyst role and fluency in spoken English;
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA/SA methodologies and tools - to choose the right approach for each complex case;
• Ability to write concise, clear, and structured user stories in the rule-oriented format;
• Proven skill in documenting and diagramming complex flows (hundreds of elements), in order to make sophisticated systems understandable and maintainable;
• Familiarity with relational databases, to analyze data structures and identify the right points for change;
• Experience defining and implementing complex API integrations: Payment Service Providers, video streaming platforms, and other;
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience navigating complex stakeholder structures - to align diverse perspectives into one consistent solution;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - for a strong analytical and technical foundation;

   

Would be a plus

• Experience working on AI-driven products (AI agents, or AI workflows) is highly desirable, or a strong understanding of agentic systems, prompting, and evals;

• Familiarity with Mobile platforms and experience delivering applications from concept to successful App Store launch;

   

What will you do

• Prepare user stories / change requests based on the guidance from the Product team and Business stakeholders:
  • analyze the current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be) and identify gaps;
  • prepare or modify existing BMPN diagrams to supplement specifications;
  • thoroughly polish user stories to cover every little detail to minimize product defects;
• Work with the Engineering team during all SDLC stages to clarify the goal, requirements, corner-case scenarios, relevant test cases, etc.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to identify different types of requirements (business, solution, transition requirements, and other);

Your future responsibilities:

• Lead the System Analysts team for the MyRaif mobile banking application
• Continuously analyze stakeholder needs and organizational changes to improve the current BA approach
• Participate in feature discovery process and consult Product Owner and stakeholders on technical system abilities
• Validate solution architecture to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives
• Design APIs to support seamless integration and functionality within the mobile banking ecosystem
• Design database structures and data models to ensure efficient, secure data management
• Use UML and BPMN to model business processes and system workflows
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend effective solutions for system improvements
• Monitor and manage risks and changes affecting system design and delivery
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards in system design

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and data modeling
• Proficient in UML and BPMN
• Proven experience designing and continuously improving BA approaches, including requirements lifecycle management, documentation standards, and change, risk, and stakeholder management processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adept at working effectively within cross-functional teams

As the Business Analyst for the Data Platform, you will be the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technical engineering team. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable requirements that will shape the development of our new analytics dashboards. Your work will ensure that the final product is not just technically sound, but that it delivers meaningful and impactful insights to the business.

Requirements

Required Skills (Must-Haves)

– Business Process Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
– Requirements Engineering: Strong skills in writing clear and concise user stories and requirements documents.
– Data Literacy: Good understanding of database (DB) concepts, schemas, and data relationships.
– SQL: Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data exploration and validation.
– BI Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and experience working on BI or data warehousing projects.
