Tender / Bid Manager (US Government RFPs)
We are looking for a Tender / Bid Manager to join our team and take ownership of finding and managing new business opportunities through RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and other procurement opportunities in the U.S. market.
The main focus of this role is to identify relevant opportunities, analyze requirements, determine whether we are a good fit, and coordinate the preparation and submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals together with our internal team.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Presales, Business Development, or a related role in IT.
- Practical experience working with RFP, RFQ, RFI, or tender documentation.
- Experience analyzing requirements and assessing whether an opportunity is worth pursuing.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.

- Familiarity with U.S. federal RFPs and procurement platforms.

- Ability to prepare and present demos, PoCs, or solution concepts.

What you will do
RFP & Opportunity Research
- Monitor U.S. government procurement platforms and other relevant sources to identify suitable RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and IT opportunities.
- Research and qualify potential opportunities based on our expertise, capabilities, previous experience, and available resources.
- Analyze RFP documentation, including scope of work, technical and business requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
- Assess whether the company meets the requirements and make Go / No-Go recommendations.
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and requirements that need clarification before submission.
Maintain a structured pipeline of relevant opportunities and track their status and deadlines.
Proposal & Bid Management
- Coordinate the RFP response process from qualification through final submission, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the process.
- Develop proposal plans, timelines, and internal deadlines in collaboration with the relevant team members.
- Work collaboratively with developers, designers, QA, PMs, technical specialists, and management to prepare proposals and ensure all requirements are addressed.
- Analyze and structure customer requirements into clear high-level functions and areas, helping the internal team understand the scope and key expectations.
- Collect and structure the necessary technical, commercial, and company information.
- Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, presentations, case studies, and other required documentation.
- Ensure that all requirements are addressed and that submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
Analyze won and lost opportunities and provide insights that can improve future bid strategy.
Solution & Demo Preparation
- Work with the technical team to develop the proposed solution based on the customer's requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts when required.
- Help structure the company's vision and proposed approach for the customer.
- Prepare presentation materials and executive summaries.
Participate in customer meetings, clarification sessions, and proposal presentations together with technical and management representatives.
Project Management - Plus / Potential Growth Area
Our primary focus for this role is RFP and Bid Management. However, experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be a strong advantage. In case of a successful bid, there may be an opportunity to continue working with the project, supporting or taking ownership of its delivery together with the team.
This means the role can potentially grow from opportunity identification and proposal management into project delivery and client management.
