🌐 Full Stack Developer — Automating AI Workflows in Insurance

Summary

We’re building end-to-end automation for AI tasks in the insurance sector. Over the next 10 months, we’ll be prototyping before launching a dedicated spinout. You’ll work closely with our Senior AI CTO (30+ years of combined AI experience across the team) in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

This is a full-time, remote-first role (office available in Berlin). You’ll be expected to make strong use of AI tools to accelerate development and — even more importantly — debug efficiently. We are currently looking for a MySQL Database Administrator to join our partner company TENTENS Tech. In this role, you will manage and scale a highly available database infrastructure handling up to 2 PB of data and 100,000 operations per second. You’ll be responsible for database architecture decisions, performance optimization, and reliability improvements, while closely collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Software Engineering teams.

• 5+ years of hands-on Back-end development experience in at least 2 of the following programming languages: Golang (primary), Node.js, Python, Kotlin, or other JVM-based languages
