RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute content strategies for Inoxoftβs LinkedIn, X and Facebook accounts;
- Create and implement personalized plans to grow the LinkedIn audiences of the CEO and CTO (or other personal accounts) through engaging posts, comments, and networking;
- Craft engaging, professional content, including posts, visuals, and videos;
- Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and loyalty;
- Collaborate with designers by providing clear content briefs;
- Distribute clients testimonials across platforms;
- Engage with the LinkedIn community to build executive thought leadership and recognition;
- Monitor social media trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics;
- Analyze competitorsβ activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies;
- Configure targeted campaigns through Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve measurable results (*will be plus).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of social media management, especially on LinkedIn;
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing content strategies;
- Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher);
- Strong writing abilities to craft compelling, mistake-free posts;
- Expertise in tools like Canva, Figma, and Google Analytics;
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends;
