We are looking for a proactive and organized Trainee Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to help us build a predictable, systematic engine of warm leads for Bits Orchestra.

🕵‍♀️ What You Need for This Role:

Basic B2B Outbound Knowledge: Clear understanding of core concepts (SDR, cold outreach, ICP, sequence, icebreaker, CTA) and basic principles of LinkedIn/Cold Email outreach.

Strong Written English: Upper-Intermediate level for crafting clear, natural, and personalized outreach messages (both formal and informal).

Tech & AI Savviness: Confident G-Suite user; ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline research and drafting.

Tool & Platform Awareness:

Solid navigation in LinkedIn and basic understanding of Sales Navigator.

Conceptual knowledge of data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo).

Understanding of LinkedIn automation logic and CRM systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).

Exposure to enrichment or scraping tools (Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Snov.io).

Familiarity with LinkedIn tools (HeyReach, Expandi, LinkedHelper) or Cold Email tools (Instantly, Reply.io, Smartlead).

Basic understanding of no-code automation (Zapier, Make).

Background in copyediting, content creation, or social media management.

What you’ll be working on:

Data Research & Enrichment: Find, verify, and structure prospect databases (ICP, target companies, decision-makers).

Lead Generation Support: Assist in driving cold outreach initiatives to generate MQLs/SQLs and book discovery calls.

Database Nurturing: Manage follow-up sequences and keep prospect data updated in the CRM.

Event & Marketing Assistance: Support the team with promotional campaigns, webinars, and lead capture.
