We’re looking for a hardworking and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us secure new clients and grow our business. This role focuses on LinkedIn lead generation for C-level Newsoft profiles, targeting the UK and US markets. Our main industries are sports/wellness and AI, and our core services include digital transformation and team augmentation.
This position involves generating leads for a variety of purposes, from booking online intro calls to arranging in-person meetings during business trips to initiating connections ahead of industry-specific events and conferences in the client’s location.
As a bonus, the role may also include opportunities for business travel and participation in industry events and conferences. In some cases, you may help represent Newsoft at key events or assist in organizing Newsoft’s presence there.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation at a software development company
- Proven experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools
- Understanding of how a software development company operates and the ability to clearly communicate services like team augmentation, digital transformation, custom software development, and product development
- Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., ClickUp or similar) to manage leads and sales pipelines
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a high level of self-motivation, ownership, and enthusiasm for lead generation
- Ability to write personalized, well-structured outreach messages
Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in lead generation for the UK and US markets
- Experience generating leads in the sports and wellness industry
- Experience supporting business trips through targeted lead generation for in-person meetings
Experience helping prepare a company’s presence at tech conferences and industry events in international markets, especially in the UK and the USA
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using LinkedIn and email outreach
- Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns targeting C-level decision-makers
- Book online intro calls and schedule in-person meetings during business trips
- Identify and reach out to leads ahead of industry events and conferences in target locations
- Qualify leads and coordinate warm introductions with the Newsoft leadership team
- Manage and update lead data and status in the CRM (e.g., ClickUp)
Stay up to date with modern lead generation tactics and AI-powered tools, continuously testing and applying what works best
