Required Skills

• 2+ years of commercial experience in graphic or marketing design.
• Experience working with brands — from concept development to creative campaigns.
• Ability to create visual assets for web, social media, print, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Animation / Motion Design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) — creating animated banners, promo videos, and motion content for social media and web.
• Experience with AI tools for generating static and video materials.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual communication principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making skills and communication skills

Will be a plus

• Basic knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, components, and basic file structure).
• Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema4D, Blender);
• Video editing skills, audio work, and working with video editor;

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visuals (socials, web banners, promo videos, infographics, presentations, packaging).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels (typography, color, imagery, tone);
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, and HR and Sales teams — translate goals into visuals.
• Actively participating in team discussions and brainstorms.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of creatives.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Розробляти візуальні матеріали для digital і офлайн комунікацій (банери, соцмережі);
• Створювати креативи для маркетингових кампаній;
• Працювати з фірмовим стилем і брендбуком;
• Дизайн упаковки та інших друкованих матеріалів з підготовкою до друку (коробки, стікери, етикетки);
• Розробка мерчу (одяг, сувенірна та промо-продукція);
• Ретуш і адаптація фото для сайту та реклами;
• Участь у генерації ідей разом із маркетинг-командою.

Що для нас важливо:

• Проживаєш у Львові;
• 2 роки досвіду в графічному дизайні;
• Впевнене володіння Adobe Photoshop та Adobe Illustrator;
• Розуміння композиції, кольору, типографіки;
• Досвід підготовки макетів до друку;
• Вміння працювати з системним брендингом.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід у фуд/HoReCa або delivery-проєктах;
• Розуміння трендів у соцмережах і візуальному контенті;
• Базові навички After Effects;
• Досвід роботи з брендингом і розвитком айдентики.

About the Role

You’ll be the force behind designs that make Solidgate stand out and bring in new clients. From marketing campaigns to sales decks, social media to events, your work will be fast, bold, and results-driven.This is a role with zero limits — experiment with tools, try new formats, push ideas, use AI, and see your designs live in campaigns, emails, and sales materials from day one.

What you’ll own

— Illustrations and content graphics — visuals for our blog, documentation, and other educational materials
— Email design — templates for release notes, product updates, notifications, and marketing emails
— Social media visuals — content for LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms
— Sales team support — presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
— Events and brand presence — visuals for conferences and exhibitions (stands, banners, merch, brand zones)
 

You’re a great fit if you have

— 2+ years of experience in a similar role
— Solid skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
— Understanding of branding fundamentals
— Strong grasp of typography, composition, and layout
— Initiative and ability to make decisions independently
— English proficiency at B1 level or higher
— Proactivity and a results-driven mindset

Nice to have

— Experience with print production preparation
— Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
—3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
—Good time management and ability to clearly define the scope of work
