What you’ll do:

• Design compelling marketing creatives for the Headway product.
• Analyze creative performance and generate hypotheses for ongoing improvements.
• Actively contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the creative marketing team.
• Stay ahead of trends in marketing design and conduct competitor research.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• A sharp eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence in using AI tools to enhance workflows and content generation.
• A relevant portfolio showcasing your best design work.

Working schedule

We are looking for a talented designer to create high-quality, AI-driven visuals for social media and the website. If you enjoy working with AI tools and bringing creative ideas to life, this role is for you!

Office location: Lviv

Work mode: full-time employee. Opportunities to work remotely or in the Lviv office.

Probation period: 2 months

Requirements and skills:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Designer in IT-related projects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding and practical application of UI/UX principles (mandatory)
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency
• Experience designing with AI technologies and integrating AI elements into visual content
• Proficiency with modern AI design tools
• Experience in creating digital marketing materials
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute innovative ideas
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other video editing software

• Understanding of motion graphics and video animation, particularly for YouTube content

   

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality visual content for social media, website landing pages, blog articles, case studies, and promotional materials (e.g. presentations)
• Collaborate closely with content writers and marketers
• Apply UI/UX best practices and stay updated with current design trends to create engaging and modern visuals

Ми шукаємо Web designer до нашої команди для створення зручних, сучасних і візуально привабливих цифрових продуктів.
Якщо ти добре володієш Figma, розумієш принципи UX/UI, вмієш працювати в заданій стилістиці та хочеш реалізовувати себе в сильній команді — будемо раді знайомству!


Основні вимоги (Hard Skills):

• високий рівень володіння Figma;
• розуміння принципів Responsive design, user flows, user journeys;
• досвід з A/B тестуваннями;
• вміння дотримуватись заданої стилістики;
• орієнтованість на результат, уважність до деталей;
• обов’язкова наявність портфоліо (бажано з кількома комерційними проєктами).

• досвід у дизайні мобільних додатків;

Обов'язки:

• розробка дизайну вебсайтів, лендінгів;

• участь у створенні дизайн-документації;
