About the Role

We’re scaling fast, and our marketing and sales teams need a creative powerhouse — that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer focused on acquisition to take our visual communications to the next level.

You’ll be the force behind designs that make Solidgate stand out and bring in new clients. From marketing campaigns to sales decks, social media to events, your work will be fast, bold, and results-driven.This is a role with zero limits — experiment with tools, try new formats, push ideas, use AI, and see your designs live in campaigns, emails, and sales materials from day one.
It’s hands-on, high-impact, and all about blending creativity with business — in a company that’s scaling fast and betting big on marketing.

What you'll own

— Content graphics — visuals for our blog, documentation, and other educational materials 
— Email design — templates for release notes, product updates, notifications, and marketing emails 
— Social media visuals — content for LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms 
— Sales team support — presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials 
— Events and brand presence — visuals for conferences and exhibitions (stands, banners, merch, brand zones)
 

You're a great fit if you have

— 3+ years in IT, SaaS, or product companies in a similar role 
— Strong understanding of modern AI tools and workflows, with the ability to effectively integrate them into the design process 
— Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout, and branding fundamentals 
— English proficiency at B1 level or higher 
— Ownership, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset

Nice to have

— Proficiency in video creation, including traditional tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and modern AI-powered platforms (e.g. Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling, Veo) 
— 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)

Шукаємо графічного дизайнера, який любить книжки, красиві візуальні рішення та атмосферу сучасного українського видавництва.

У фокусі — створення візуалів для реклами, промо, книжкових новинок, сезонних кампаній та email-розсилок. Потрібно буде працювати зі статичними й анімованими креативами, каруселями, банерами та короткими відео, адаптуючи їх під різні формати.

Обовʼязки:
Створення візуальних матеріалів для платних рекламних кампаній (Meta, Google)

Майбутні Завдання:

1. Створення рекламних креативів для рекламних кампаній (статичних, анімованих, каруселей, банерів, коротких відео-тизерів).
2. Підготовка мінімум 3 варіантів креативу на кожен ad set для тестування різних візуальних підходів.
3. Адаптація креативів під різні формати.
4. Створення візуальних концепцій і гіпотез спільно з маркетологом.
5. Оптимізація готових шаблонів під поточні промо, сезонні акції, книжкові релізи.
6. Створення візуалу для email-розсилок

Навички:

1. Adobe Photoshop/Figma, Illustrator, Canva Pro.
2. Розуміння принципів performance-дизайну (CTR, thumb stop, AIDA, CTA, адаптивність).
3. Базове розуміння вимог Meta Ads / Google Ads / TikTok Ads.
4. Досвід у створенні креативів для e-commerce / книжкових — буде перевагою.
