Mamma Mia Covers is a US–Canada DTC company in the Home & Living segment and the exclusive distributor of the Italian brand PAULATO by GA.I.CO in the US and Canada. 
Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. Featured in Inc. 5000, team of 40+ people, own warehouses in the US.

We're actively expanding into new product categories, testing new ideas, and building the product team that will take us there. There's real room here — new brands, new lines — and we have the budget and appetite to explore them.

Affiliate marketing is a channel we're actively investing in. Partnerships are already working, platforms are connected - now we need a person who will build system work with partners, set up analytics and unlock the potential of the channel.

The Role
This is an execution-focused role with real room to grow. You'll own the day-to-day of our affiliate channel: managing partner relationships, running and optimizing campaigns, tracking what works and cutting what doesn't.

You'll work with an existing set of platforms and partners — and have the space to find and bring in new ones.

What You'll Do

• Scale affiliate traffic channels to drive Amazon sales growth 
• Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners

Overview
We're a B2B SaaS (shared WhatsApp inbox + CRM sync, rated #1 on the HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho marketplaces). We already run an established SmartLead setup — warmed mailboxes, lead-sourcing tools, proven sequence templates. We need one focused operator to run and optimize it.

Your one job: get qualified prospects to reply "yes" to a soft call-to-action (e.g. "reply yes and I'll send a one-pager tailored to your company"). That's it. You generate interested replies — our sales lead handles the calls and closing. We are not asking you to book meetings or sell; we're asking you to fill the top of the funnel with people who raised their hand.

What you'll own day-to-day
– Source and segment the right ICP (we sell strongest into WhatsApp-native markets — LATAM, MENA, Iberia, Turkey, Brazil — in services, real estate, travel/hospitality, IT).
– List hygiene: email validation, dedup, suppression, keeping bounce under 3%.
– Build and iterate 3-step soft-CTA sequences (spintax, deliverability-safe, no hard pitch in step 1).
– Run sends across our existing inbox infrastructure; manage warmup, sender health, throttling.
– Triage replies and hand off every "yes"/interested lead cleanly to our sales rep.
– Report weekly on the only metric that matters: positive replies per week (interested / wants-more-info), not opens or clicks.


You must have
– Hands-on SmartLead experience (this is non-negotiable — you know campaigns, sequences, master inbox, warmup, smart-server/IP routing).
– A track record of cold-email campaigns that produced real positive replies, with deliverability discipline.
– Strong written English and instinct for short, human, soft-CTA copy.
– Comfort with lead sourcing + validation tools (SmartProspect / Apollo / LeadMagic or similar).

We are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop a comprehensive loyalty and retention ecosystem that maximizes trader Lifetime Value (LTV), reduces churn, and turns active users into brand advocates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain
• Design the logic for bonuses, rebate systems (spread/commission cashback), and VIP programs

Project

Chat is a multi-channel communication platform for support teams and operators: an omnichannel inbox (web widget, messengers, other sources), conversation routing and assignment, operator tooling, AI assistants for replies and automation, voice flows, statistics and reports, and integrations with external systems. A modular monolith built on clean architecture and DDD, with async flows via queues, realtime over websocket channels, and APIs for web clients and integrations.

Statistics - a separate analytics microservice for event collection and building statistics/reports, on Symfony under the FrankenPHP runtime with ClickHouse as the primary store.

Direction

We are building a dedicated AI direction - a role not tied to a specific product, focused on bringing AI into the company's work: building AI processes, integrating AI tools into teams' daily work, and creating in-house AI tools and agents for internal needs (current agent stack - LangGraph ts).

We need a DevOps engineer who can help harden our infrastructure, implement security best practices, and drive compliance readiness so we can pass enterprise vendor reviews and pursue certifications like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. You will work closely with engineering and leadership across infrastructure, security, and compliance.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement access control, least privilege, and secrets management across environments
• Standardize logging, monitoring, alerting, and audit trails
• Create and maintain secure SDLC practices, including code scanning, dependency scanning, and change control
• Set up incident response basics, including runbooks, on-call expectations, and post-incident process
• Compliance readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 by implementing required technical controls and gathering evidence
• Vulnerability management and patching routines for infrastructure and dependencies
• Improve backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
• Support client security questionnaires with clear technical answers and evidence

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of DevOps experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including IAM, networking, compute, and logging services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, Docker and Kubernetes preferred
• Comfort setting up security tooling, SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secret scanning
• Ability to document systems clearly and work with auditors or compliance tools when needed
• English at B2 level or higher - you will collaborate directly with US client stakeholders

Nice to have:

• SOC 2 or ISO 27001 experience, even if you were the technical owner not the compliance PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Collection Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will deep-dive into the specifics of smart home device functionality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence device/feature performance/detection quality improvement. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of two fields: Technical Quality Assurance and field production (similar to debugging and shooting on a cinema set).
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, creative in finding technical solutions, and resilient to changing external factors.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and configure data collection devices on-site, including firmware flashing, network setup, and sensor calibration
• Execute and monitor multi-device data collection sessions at remote locations according to defined scenarios, ensuring data quality and compliance in real time
• Independently prepare field locations, including device placement and field-of-view optimization based on environmental conditions
• Coordinate third-party providers (vehicles, locations, actors, pets) to ensure correct execution of scenarios
• Perform HW/FW/network troubleshooting during collection with remote technical support when needed
• Mitigate on-site operational risks and align with Project Coordinators on resource constraints
• Document results, issues, and field observations, and drive improvements in data collection efficiency and automation.

• Experience working with Smart Home, home automation, security devices, or video technologies
