• Ви маєте 2+ роки досвіду на позиції Delivery Manager;
• Маєте глибокі знання різних методологій розробки (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, Kanban);
• Вмієте аналізувати ефективність роботи команди та пропозиції щодо покращень;
• Маєте досвід керування декількома командами та проєктами одночасно;
• Маєте досвід з командами поділеними на Streams;
• Маєте досвід з Jira (звітність, автоматизація, плагіни);
• Вмієте формувати технічні завдання та задачі;
• Вмієте планувати та пріоритезувати задачі;
• Маєте здатність ефективно взаємодіяти з підлеглими, лінійними колегами та керівництвом.

• Здатність ідентифікувати потенційні ризики проекту; 
• Вміння оцінювати фінансові витрати на виконання робіт;
• Маєте досвід у бюджетуванні проектів;
• Маєте досвід роботи зі ScriptRunner;
• У вас є професійні сертифікації:
  • PMI (Project Management Institute);
  • PMP (Project Management Professional);
  • PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
