The interview process

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 3 steps:

•Intro conversation: 20min conversation to validate your fit with the position and align on the approach for the technical interview

•Technical interview: you present a personal project or one of your prior involvements from end to end, with our team asking targeted questions

•Feedback: you will receive feedback about the technical conversation either in written form or through a call

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer who:

Has 2+ years experience with Vue (Nuxt).
Has wide experience in JavaScript (ES5+) and TypeScript.
Has good knowledge of HTML5 (Pug), CSS3 (SCSS), and BEM methodology.
Has proficient in working with REST API.

Has experience with vuex/pinia, vue router, vue-i18n, composition API.
Has experience with flexbox, grid, animation.
Has experience with version control systems (Git and Git-flow).
Has experience with front-end tooling (npm-scripts/webpack/esbuild).
Has experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Has understanding of MVC and MVVM patterns.
Has understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Has understanding of SEO standards and best practices.
Has great communication skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Description
 

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll work on developing robust frontend-side solutions, utilizing AI tools, and contributing to the launch of innovative AI products. You’ll be expected to engage with backend systems, data flow design, and performance challenges — this role involves more than building REST APIs. You'll collaborate with product managers and team members, review code, and help drive the integration of AI technologies into our products. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Gather product requirements and translate them into robust client-side solutions 
• Write high-quality, scalable code and review pull requests 
• Explore AI development tools and use them in your day-to-day work to enhance team capabilities 
• Collaborate with product managers and team members to launch AI-driven products 
• Continuously learn and share AI knowledge and experiences with the team 
• Involvement in large-scale codebases with a product-oriented approach

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in Typescript and React
• Backend development experience in Java (Optional)
• Eagerness to deepen knowledge in server development
• Familiarity with AI development tools and a curiosity about AI technologies
• Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and transactional integrity.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, data flows, and monitoring/observability.
• Comfortable with essential tools and operations (Maven/Gradle/npm)
• Software development basics (simple SQL queries, modern architecture design, unit testing, and software debugging)
• Understanding of applied computer science fundamentals (lists, sets, sorts, and complexities)
