    HR Manager

    24PLAY is a Ukrainian GameDev company developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We’ve launched dozens of popular titles and reached 100M+ players worldwide. Alongside our own games, we provide top-quality outsourcing - art, development, and full-cycle production for global studios, our partners include some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Ubisoft, Papaya, SayGames, Estoty, Supersonic, and many others.

    We’re growing and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to strengthen people operations in our comfortable Kyiv office (Beresteyska).
     

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
    • Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
    • Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.
    • Design and roll out HR initiatives (HR policy development, people engagement, wellbeing etc.).
    • Plan HR budgets, track expenses, and optimize contracts.
    • Build and maintain HR policies and process documentation; ensure accurate document flow.
    • Coordinate greetings and gifts for birthdays/work anniversaries; manage recognition programs.
    • Administer sick leave, time off, and vacation requests; maintain records.
    • Plan and host team events.
       

    From candidates for this position we expect:

    • Experience as HR in IT for at least 1 year.
    • Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
    • English B1+
    • Confident user of MS Office, Google Drive/Workspace, Slack etc.
    • Organized, empathetic, proactive; excellent communication skills.

    What you’ll actually do:

    2. Graphic & Visual Design

    Design eye-catching assets (banners, social posts, landing page visuals, ad creatives) in line with brand guidelines.

    Ensure a consistent look and feel across various channels (web, social, print, etc.). 

    3. Video Editing & Motion (Intermediate or higher)

    Edit short-form videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and possibly longer promotional videos if needed.

    Add transitions, text overlays, simple animations, and basic color correction.

    4. Social Media Content Creation

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education/Background: Formal training in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields

    is helpful but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio.

    Software: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus Premiere Pro (or a similar video editing tool). Knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics is a bonus.

    Portfolio: Demonstrable experience creating social media content, design assets, and at least some video editing or short animations.

    Creative Eye: Ability to translate abstract ideas into polished visuals that engage and inform.
