Our client needs someone for 4 hours per day between 20:00 and 24:00 and 4 hours during Saturday. In a month or two, they will need full-time in normal hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PPC performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and strategic planning.
• Experience in the eCommerce vertical, managing accounts with a minimum monthly ad spend of $200K.
• Knowledge and practical experience working with AI tools, including Claude.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Experience building and presenting client-facing presentations and performance reports.
• Experience working with clients in the US market.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute paid media activities across 4-5 client accounts.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with the PPC Team Leader, who will define the overall strategy and direction for each account.
• Execute the agreed strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and account management teams to maximize performance across all channels.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the PPC Team Leader. The Team Leader will own the strategic direction of the accounts, while the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of the campaigns.

dNovo Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Paid Media, Web Design, AI Search Optimization, Content Marketing, and Reputation Management. We're looking for a Head of Agency Operations with proven experience leading operations within a digital marketing agency. 

This is not a general corporate operations or traditional COO role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and Account Management professionals while overseeing client delivery, operational excellence, and agency growth.

What You'll Do

Lead Agency Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
• Support and mentor our Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor team capacity, priorities, and overall performance.
• Oversee website launches and technical projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Help build systems and processes that allow the agency to scale.

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Serve as a trusted advisor for key client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, strategy sessions, and business reviews.

Drive Business Growth

• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.

Partner with the CEO

• Work closely with the CEO to execute company goals and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• 2 + years leading Account Managers, Project Managers, or client delivery teams in an agency environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AI Search Optimization, Paid Media, website development, WordPress, website launches, and digital marketing strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
