    • Work closely with the development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
    •  Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
    • Prepare a roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
    • Conduct UAT of a delivered scope
    • Deeply understand the product

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst 
    • At least some experience working with VAT recovery is a must.

Someone to join the team developing a large, long-standing web product with an extensive design system that includes hundreds of layouts and numerous graphics. Designers focus on the areas where they can be most productive and have the most expertise.

     

    The introduction to the project starts with tackling standalone tasks. Gradually, a designer is expected to become a creator and maintainer of a whole functionality. Creativity and the ability to generate and discuss ideas are most welcome. It is a project that offers a chance for professional development.

     

    Personal requirements:

    • First and foremost, we are looking for someone highly motivated to add value to the product that our team has been working on for years
    • Being able to show initiative is a very important trait we’re looking for
    • Designers are trusted to be self-reliant and responsible for their own tasks and priorities, with no need for micro-management
    • All details are little big details. So thinking things through and having the foresight to prevent potential pitfalls is an important skill
    • Being a good team player and effective communicator in a team of over 45 members
    • Showing reliability and delivering high-quality work within reasonable timeframes
    • Ability to plan and structure large tasks
    • English - intermediate or higher
    • 3+ years of experience

     

    Technical requirements:
     

    Graphic design

    • Good base in brand identity, art and design history, colour theory, typography, iconography, etc.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Fi)
    • Ability to create various game graphics like banners, awards, items, maps, assets, characters and much more (non-illustrative photorealistic style, photo collage and editing, mixed media)
    • Experience with generative AI tools is welcome

     

    UI/UX

    • Understanding of UI/UX practices, W3C and RWD principles
    • Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes and user flows
    • Designer-developer handoff
    • Fluent knowledge of Figma

     

    Will be a plus:

    • Practice with After Effects
    • Portfolio featuring game dev projects
    • Game-related illustrator skills

    We are looking for a Sales/Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email ecosystem and outbound/inbound marketing operations, from strategy and execution to automation, HubSpot, and revenue impact.


    Role Overview

    This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the intersection of email marketing, inbound content, and revenue operations.

    You will own email strategy and lifecycle execution while building scalable inbound/outbound and marketing automation systems. You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Design to ensure inbound leads are qualified, activated, and converted into revenue.

    This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, revenue-minded, and confident using AI tools in daily workflows.


    Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Lifecycle

    • Own and execute the full email marketing strategy: newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, re-engagement, product and community updates
    • Segment audiences and optimize for opens, replies, meetings, and lead-to-sales conversion
    • Establish a consistent, structured email cadence across all key segments
    • Use AI tools to improve personalization, automation, and campaign efficiency
       

    Inbound & Revenue Marketing

    • Build and scale SEO-driven inbound content focused on high-intent, revenue keywords
    • Create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets, and solution / comparison pages
    • Activate and monetize the contact database through lifecycle-based automation
    • Align with Sales on lead qualification, handoff, and sales-readiness signals
    • The main goal is to bring leads to sales team
       

    HubSpot & Marketing Operations

    • Own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub setup, including:
    • Lifecycle stages, properties, lead scoring
    • Workflows, lists, and marketing automation
    • Data hygiene and CRM structure
    • Support and plan CRM migrations when needed
    • Track and report on outbound/inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution
       

         Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Create clear briefs for content and design teams to ensure quality and consistency at scale
    • Manage campaign calendars and execution timelines
    • Continuously improve processes and marketing operations


         Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B inbound/outbound, email, or revenue marketing
    • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and automation
    • Proven ability to generate leads through SEO-driven content
    • Solid experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
    • Revenue-focused mindset with a strong understanding of funnels and conversions
    • Confidence using AI tools for content, optimization, and automation
