Job Description

- At least 8 years of experience in virtualization and cloud infrastructure (VMware, KVM, OpenStack). 

- Extensive hands-on experience with OpenStack administration, deployment, and operation in a production environment.

- Proven experience administering VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and ability to analyze source infrastructure for migration.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for defining the migration strategy, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing the workloads for the OpenStack architecture. You responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Design and implement workload discovery, assessment, and migration roadmap from VMware to OpenStack environment.

- Deploy and configure OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Glance, Cinder, Keystone).

- Migrate workloads (VMs, templates, volumes) from vSphere to OpenStack compute nodes.

- Reconfigure networking and storage for compatibility with OpenStack architecture.

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js/NestJS) to join our high-performance engineering team.
In this role, you will build scalable microservices, work with modern event-driven architecture, and contribute to the development of large, high-load systems used by thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-load backend services using Node.js (NestJS).
• Build and optimize microservices architecture for scalability and resilience.
• Work with PostgreSQL (TypeORM), MongoDB (Mongoose), ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Implement efficient communication between services using gRPC.
• Integrate and work with Kafka and other message-driven components.
• Ensure proper implementation of caching, queues, and distributed operations.
• Apply secure coding principles and follow best practices.
• Analyze business requirements, identify issues, and provide timely fixes and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during planning and development.
   

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience with Node.js, strong expertise in NestJS.
• Solid experience with:
  • PostgreSQL + TypeORM
  • MongoDB + Mongoose
  • Redis
  • ClickHouse (queries, schema design, optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with gRPC.
• Understanding of microservices and distributed system design.
• Experience with API services, WebSockets, and async communication patterns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, web protocols, and backend performance principles.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills — ability to identify defects and deliver hotfixes quickly.
   

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of any other OOP language (preferably Java).
• Architecture patterns knowledge and usage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of security standards and best practices for backend systems.

* Collaboration with backend developers and product owner to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
* Participation in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.

Project stack
* Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt, Nuxt UI, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Vite, Pinia.
* Backend: C# REST API.
* CI/CD: Azure Pipelines.
* Infrastructure: Azure (frontend), on-premises (backend).

Requirements
* 5+ years of software engineering experience.
* 3+ years of experience with Vue.js or Nuxt development.
* Experience building scalable project architecture.
* Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Experience with UI libraries and Tailwind CSS.
* Good understanding of REST APIs.
* Experience working with Git.

• Own client communication channels - Zendesk (or similar), live chat, calls, and escalations

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 3+ years of experience leading Customer Success or Support teams in SaaS B2C or PropTech
• Proven ability to manage teams through data, KPIs, and clear performance goals
• Strong experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
• Hands-on leadership mindset - comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed
• Experience using automation and AI tools in customer operations
• English level C1+ - used daily in written and spoken communication with clients and internal teams
