● Working closely with VIP players to ensure retention, reactivation, and upselling.

What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager – Uzbekistan)

• Sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing affiliates.
• Monitoring traffic quality, including antifraud checks.
• Analyzing partner performance and preparing reports.
• Working with the local Uzbekistan market and adapting strategies to regional specifics.
• Negotiating CPA / RevShare deals and optimizing affiliate performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
• Fluent Russian and Uzbek — both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of CPA, RevShare, and affiliate models.
