Role Purpose

Responsibilities

Component Selection

• Select components based on required technical parameters and mission constraints

Firmware Development & Adaptation

• Build firmware from source for specific camera chipsets; disable unused modules to reduce load and improve boot time
• Configure H.264/H.265 video encoder parameters for optimal balance of image quality, bitrate (radio/fiber transmission), and minimal latency — critical for FPV applications
• Configure, modify, and maintain flight controller firmware (Betaflight, ArduPilot) per hardware and mission requirements
• Write low-level MCU code; manage peripheral devices (sensors, ESCs, radio receivers)
• Optimize system performance to ensure minimal latency and high update rates for precise control

Integration

• Develop or implement bidirectional communication between devices and the flight controller (UART, SPI) for telemetry and OSD data overlay
• Program logic to embed FC data (battery voltage, flight mode, RSSI) directly into the video stream of digital VTX systems
• Integrate and optimize analog and digital video transmission systems for minimum latency and maximum signal quality

Testing & Debugging

• Build and test prototypes
• Test systems under high vibration and extreme temperature conditions
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize code to prevent overheating or in-flight freezes
• Run simulations to validate new solutions prior to deployment
• Plan and conduct flight tests for data collection, issue identification, and final tuning
• Debug hardware interfaces and perform electrical-level diagnostics

Documentation

• Maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and maintenance instructions for all developed systems

• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, availability, and performance optimization
  Practical experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• A significant advantage if you have practical experience with AI infra, such as: RAG, Agentic frameworks, Langfuse, LiteLLM
  Ability to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end, working proactively and independently and as a team in a fast-moving environment

Your impact:

• Primarily work with Marketing team and help to make correct data-informed decisions;
• Automate the management and monitoring of marketing platforms (e.g., campaign status tracking, performance monitoring, budget control, anomaly detection);
• Build scripts and tools to interact with ad platform APIs, streamline routine tasks;
• Create AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs;
• Develop and support dashboards and reports that provide transparency into campaign performance and business KPIs;
• Contribute to our internal BetterBI system, consolidating marketing, financial, and product data.
• Help design a scalable and maintainable analytics infrastructure and improve internal data workflows.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-oriented company;
• Analytical mindset; ability to structure information and dive deeper when it is needed;
• Full proficiency in SQL and Excel;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau);
• Confident Python skills for data manipulation and scripting;
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM APIs, with a good grasp of prompt engineering to solve business tasks

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.);
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks;
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) via APIs.
