Tokenomics Architect for Sports Betting Platform

We are seeking an exceptional Tokenomics Architect to take full ownership of our sports betting platform's token economy. This is a long-term strategic role where you will be the driving force behind our tokenomics strategy, designing sustainable economic models, and leading our token's journey from internal optimization to external exchange listings.

 

You will work directly with our leadership team to architect, implement, and continuously optimize our token ecosystem, ensuring it delivers value to users while maintaining platform sustainability and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Own and manage the complete tokenomics strategy for our sports betting platform
• ✅ Design and implement sustainable token economic models that drive user engagement and platform growth
• ✅ Write and deploy secure, optimized smart contracts for our token ecosystem
• ✅ Develop comprehensive tokenomics documentation including whitepapers and technical specifications
• ✅ Plan and execute token launches on external exchanges (CEX and DEX)
• ✅ Analyze token performance metrics and suggest strategic improvements to enhance token utility and value
• ✅ Design reward mechanisms, staking programs, and incentive structures for the sports betting ecosystem
• ✅ Collaborate with development team on token integration across platform features
• ✅ Monitor market trends and competitor tokenomics to maintain competitive advantage
• ✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for token operations
• ✅ Manage token supply, distribution, and vesting schedules

Requirements

• ✔ 5+ years of experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• ✔ Proven track record of designing and implementing successful tokenomics models
• ✔ Expert-level proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
• ✔ Deep understanding of Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain platforms
• ✔ Hands-on experience with token launches and exchange listings (both CEX and DEX)
• ✔ Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, and token economics principles
• ✔ Experience with sports betting, gambling, or gaming platforms is highly valuable
• ✔ Excellent analytical skills with ability to model complex economic systems
• ✔ Understanding of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain development tools
• ✔ Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the tokenomics function
• ✔ Strong communication skills to explain complex tokenomics concepts to stakeholders
• ✔ Experience with token security audits and best practices

• ➕ Knowledge of DAO governance structures and tokenized voting systems
• ➕ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency in multiple jurisdictions
