We are developing an international iGaming product and have been growing steadily for more than three years together with a strong in-house team. During this time, we have not only strengthened the product but also built flexible processes that support business scaling.

Now we are expanding our Retention team and looking for a CRM Tech Manager who will take ownership of the technical side of our email operations and ensure stable email deliverability.

This role is not about writing copy or designing emails — the focus is on email deliverability, sending infrastructure, domain and IP reputation, working with mailbox providers and ESPs.
 

🧩 What you'll do:

— Design email sending architecture: separate marketing and transactional emails, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and work with domains and IPs;

— Own the warming of new domains and IPs, choose between dedicated/shared pools, and monitor their reputation;

— Design domains for links and redirects, taking into account iGaming specifics and email filtering;

— Participate in email transport migrations and ESP selection;

— Set up and monitor Google Postmaster, postmaster.mail.ru, postmaster.yandex.ru, Microsoft SNDS, and other monitoring tools;

— Run seed tests, monitor inbox placement, and track blacklists;

— Work with FBL, bounce rate, complaint rate, unsubscribe rate, and other database quality metrics;

— Build technical email hygiene processes: suppression/stop lists, frequency caps, and suppression of inactive users;

— Define separate SLOs for transactional and marketing emails and protect the transactional email stream from marketing-related reputation issues;

— Work with the email infrastructure in Customer.io: transport, domains, webhooks, events, and templates;

— Regularly analyze and report on domain performance: sending volume, inbox placement, bounce rate, complaints, and other key metrics;

— Stop marketing sends when performance metrics exceed acceptable thresholds, if necessary.
 

❇️ What we look for:

— 2+ years of experience specifically in email deliverability, not just email marketing;

— Hands-on experience with volumes of 20,000+ emails per day;

— Experience working with restricted verticals: casino, betting, crypto, dating, finance;

— Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;

— Experience with domain and IP warming and dedicated/shared pools;

— Hands-on experience with Google Postmaster, Mail.ru, and Microsoft SNDS;

— Understanding of the specifics and limitations of different mailbox providers;

— Strong practical expertise with Mail.ru: limits, Postmaster, troubleshooting, and block analysis;

— Experience with inbox placement testing tools such as Warmy, GlockApps, or similar;

— Understanding of one-click unsubscribe principles and sender requirements;

— Experience with Customer.io or another ESP is a plus;

— Experience building an email deliverability function from scratch is a strong plus;

— Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently identify the root causes of deliverability issues.
