Responsibilities

- Lead client-facing discovery: run workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify pain points, goals, constraints, and success criteria
- Document detailed business requirements, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for CRM/ERP configuration, integrations, and development (working with Product/Engineering)
- Own requirements lifecycle: scope control, prioritization, change requests, and stakeholder alignment
- Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, release notes, and go-live readiness
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and expectation management

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (client-facing experience required)
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business-to-technical translation
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP platforms (any modern stack)
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira / Asana / ClickUp
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
