Middle/Senior Backend Developer (Python + .NET)

Job Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will analyze and evaluate AI-generated code and technical solutions. You will identify issues, assess the quality of AI responses, finding mistakes, and uncovering reasoning gaps.

We are looking for candidates with a background in IT projects outside the gaming, gambling, and primary focus on cryptocurrency industries. 

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.
• Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
• Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.
• Compare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of commercial experience in Backend Development.
• Strong experience with at least one backend technology: Python (FastAPI/Django or similar) or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases.
• Experience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/LLM tools or integrations.
• Experience with C#.

This is not a traditional software development role. You will use your engineering expertise to analyze AI outputs, find issues in their solutions, and help train better AI systems.
