Fullstack Developer (Middle/Senior)

Job Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will review AI-generated code and compare it with how you would write the solution yourself. Your role will focus on reviewing AI-generated solutions, finding mistakes, and uncovering reasoning gaps.

We’re looking for a full-time team member who is interested in growing with the team and contributing to long-term projects.

Responsibilities

 

• Evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.
• Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
• Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.
• Compare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer/Software Developer.
• Strong Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL/NoSQL or similar tools.
• Use AI tools (AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) in daily workflow.
• Experience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories.
• Understanding of modern frontend tools: Vite, Tailwind CSS, Chart.js, and React Hooks. 
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Bonus points:

• AI/LLM integration experience.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.

This is not a traditional software development role. You will use your engineering expertise to analyze AI outputs, find issues in their solutions, and help train better AI systems.
