Requirements:
- 0.5+ year of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company
- Understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Proven track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment with a strong teamwork mentality
- В2 English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for successful project completion
- Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems
- Track project expenses and compare actual costs against the budget, reporting any variances
- Monitor and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential project upsell initiatives

Would be a plus:
- Working experience with ClickUp & Notion;
- Pre-sales experience
