We are looking for an Account Manager to own the full relationship between our product and the military units that use it – from the first inbound request to years of renewed, expanding use. This is not a role for someone who manages accounts from a spreadsheet. You will be in the field, in command posts, building the kind of trust that gets a unit to actually pick up the phone when something's wrong instead of quietly churning.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations (flexible for less, if you have real cases and strong motivation to make up for it).
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales and client-success cycle: lead, demo, contract, onboarding, renewal.
- Strong written and verbal communication – able to explain complex things simply and, just as important, able to listen.
- Proactive by default: you see what needs to happen and do it, without being told twice.
- Able to run multiple accounts and competing priorities at once without letting quality slip.
- Willing to travel across Ukraine and work outside standard hours when the situation calls for it – if motivation to support the Defense Forces is real, it shows up here, not just in the interview
- Basic working experience with CRM tools, commercial proposals, and contracts

Responsibilities:

- Own the full client lifecycle for assigned units: inbound request → product demo → contract signed → onboarding → active use → expanded use → license renewal
- Visit assigned units in the field one to two times a month, building direct relationships with the people who actually use the product, not just the people who signed for it
- Own account health end-to-end – track engagement, catch risk signals early, and escalate before a renewal is in danger, not after
- Draft commercial proposals and contracts, and keep account documentation current in the CRM
- Run onboarding for new units and train users hands-on until the product is actually part of how they work
- Turn field feedback into structured input for product and R&D – conclusions, not raw complaints, so the same lesson doesn't get relearned from scratch every quarter
- Represent Farsight Vision at defense-tech events and industry gatherings

Would be a plus:

- Experience with technical or complex B2B products
- Experience in defense/miltech
- Understanding of the structure of Ukraine's Defense Forces, or prior experience working with military units or volunteer organizations
- Experience with defense-tech procurement, export controls, or military testing/certification processes
- English is not a hard requirement for this role, though comfort reading internal materials in English is a plus

The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. The essential functions of this role include supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, performing routine controller tasks, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and contributing to accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. US GAAP)
• Perform routine controller functions, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls monitoring
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice review, coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments
• Assist with regulatory compliance and filings, including state and international tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory reporting requirements
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of requested documentation
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection, variance tracking, and preparation of supporting schedules
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage, analyze, and visualize financial data (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
