What you’ll do

As a Technical Support Analyst, you are part of our technical support and customer success organization. You analyze technical support cases escalated from first- and second-level support and investigate them thoroughly and systematically.

The CS role is all about ensuring our users have the best possible experience and keeping our community safe. You will communicate with customers through calls, email, and live chat, helping them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

You will also work closely with our Operations, Product, and Development teams to share customer feedback and help improve the product.

We are looking for an aspiring Data Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, collecting, and analyzing lead data based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), thereby playing a crucial role in our marketing and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, collect and enrich lead data using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as other tools such as email address validators.
• Validate and verify the accuracy of the collected contact information.
• Organize and fill the collected data into relevant spreadsheets in an efficient and comprehensible manner.
• Be able to enrich the collected lead data with additional, pre-defined information about the leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with valuable, well-researched information to assist in their operations.
• Employ advanced analytical techniques to analyze lead data for business development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, with a level of at least B1.
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in lead generation, data research, or a related field would be a strong asset. However, candidates showing strong interest and potential in this field but lacking experience will also be considered.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet programs such as Excel and Google sheet.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in LinkedIn Outreach and respective automation tools would be an advantage.
