Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Part-time) ⭐️ to help us strengthen our marketing direction, generate qualified leads, and improve brand positioning across multiple channels. If you have a strategic mindset, hands-on B2B marketing experience, and enjoy building scalable marketing initiatives — this role is for you.

As a part of our growth team, you’ll work closely with sales, recruiters, management, and designers to launch and optimize marketing activities that directly impact business growth.

 

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing / growth marketing / digital marketing / consulting roles
  • Experience working in IT outsourcing / software development / SaaS / B2B services
  • Strong understanding of outbound & inbound marketing funnels for lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with US / EU / UK markets
  • Ability to independently launch, test, and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Strategic and системне мислення with strong analytical skills
  • Confident communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive ownership mindset and ability to work in uncertain environments
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, recruiters, designers, and developers
  • Strong understanding of ICP development, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn marketing and personal branding initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing (campaigns, segmentation, sequences, nurture logic)
  • Understanding of positioning and competitive differentiation in B2B markets
  • Experience with marketing analytics: CAC, CPL, conversion rate, attribution, funnel performance
    Confident use of Google Analytics / Looker Studio / Meta Ads / Google Ads
  • Understanding of SEO basics and performance marketing principles
    Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
    Ability to conduct competitor and market research with actionable insights
  • Experience testing hypotheses and running A/B experiments
    Understanding of AI tools for marketing automation and content workflows
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher

  • Experience working in outsourcing / outstaff / agency environments

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

  • Analyze the current marketing direction and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and improve marketing strategies for IT outsourcing services
  • Launch and optimize outbound & inbound lead generation initiatives
  • Generate and test new marketing hypotheses and acquisition channels
  • Build and improve conversion funnels and customer journey flows
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams on marketing initiatives and positioning
  • Support company branding and differentiation in competitive markets
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and ICP refinement
  • Create and optimize LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare actionable insights & reports
  • Participate in improving internal marketing workflows and operational processes
  • Work closely with designers, recruiters, developers, and sales managers on growth initiatives
  • Contribute to building a scalable and systematic marketing function within the company
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution speed
