In this role, you will- Deliver ad creative concepts and iterations that align with key KPIs for multiple products
- Support and improve the creative production pipeline in close collaboration with User Acquisition Managers
- Manage and grow the Creative Marketing team, including Designers and Creative Marketing Lead
- Plan and coordinate team workflows to ensure timely and effective output

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and customize theme sections, snippets, layouts, and templates for product pages, collections, carts, and custom pages.
- Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fully responsive Shopify pages with pixel-perfect UI.
- Configure and work with Shopify metafields, dynamic sources, and theme settings.
- Customize and integrate Shopify apps (reviews, upsell, bundles, subscriptions, translations, page builders, etc.) and handle front-end adjustments to match the storeβs design.
- Optimize storefront performance: page speed, asset loading, CSS/JS optimization, image handling, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement and adjust navigation, filters, search, and collection logic to improve UX and conversion.
