A-Players is looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager with a focus on Google Ads to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and scaling of one of the key performance marketing channels.

This is a great opportunity to work with large budgets, build automation, dive deep into analytics, and directly impact growth metrics while working on meaningful, fast-growing products.
 

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize campaigns across Search, pMAX, and YouTube using Smart Bidding, scripts, and APIs‍
• Build automation systems for routine processes such as bid management, alerts, and feed optimization
• Work closely with Analytics and Growth teams to implement a data-driven approach: post-click metrics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling
• Collaborate with the Creative Factory on test plans, performance insights, and scaling best hypotheses
• Continuously explore technical optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability of UA activities.

What we look for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, pMAX, YouTube) and managing monthly budgets of $200K+‍
• Strong understanding of cohort and post-install analytics‍
• Proficiency with Smart Bidding, GA4, and S2S integrations‍
• Experience with automation via scripts and APIs
• English proficiency - B2 or higher.
