    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of relevant working experience 
    • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
    • Solid experience in Web & Mobile Application Testing: understanding of client–server logic, cross-browser/platform specifics, UI/UX validation, and mobile OS behaviors
    • Solid experience with TestRail: creating and maintaining structured test cases, organizing suites, managing test runs, and reporting results
    • Experience in preparing test cases, checklists, bug reports, and test plans

     

    Nice to have:

    • Basic SQL for data validation
    • Cross-browser/device testing, identifying functional and visual inconsistencies with LambdaTest (or similar)
    • Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Market

     

    Responsibilities:

    Role Overview:
    We have recently developed and launched our own USA-focused sweepstakes lead-generation product and are now seeking a senior growth leader to scale it to the next level. This role is designed for a hands-on operator with strong commercial instincts, capable of owning growth, partnerships, and monetization end-to-end.
    You will work closely with the founder in a lean, fast-moving environment, supported by established IT, finance, and operational infrastructure. In addition to scaling the current product, you will play a key role in launching future white-hat lead-generation verticals including Legal, Medicare, and Home Improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:
    β€’ Scale the existing USA sweepstakes lead-generation product profitably.
    β€’ Build and manage list monetization strategies, including direct deals, CPL/CPA partnerships, and hybrid models.
    β€’ Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate and media-buying partners.
    β€’ Optimize revenue per lead (RPL), lead quality, and lifetime value (LTV).
    β€’ Develop and manage advertiser, network, and data buyer relationships.
    β€’ Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and performance-based agreements.
    β€’ Collaborate with IT and tracking teams to optimize funnels, attribution, and reporting.
