    About the company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.

    Role overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Loyalty Squad - the team responsible for keeping buyers with us and reducing churn in the first 90 days. You will own the retention system: why customers stay, buy again, and get real results through the product. This role exists to turn the first 90 days from a risk zone into predictable LTV growth and repeat revenue.

    πŸ”§ What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Own the squad’s core metrics - 90-day churn, retention, repeat purchase rate, FPM adoption, and LTV

    • Build and ship product mechanisms that keep buyers engaged and reduce churn in the first 30-90 days

    • Drive FPM adoption through product - onboarding, in-product guidance, usage scenarios, and value delivery

    • Identify real churn reasons through data and customer insights and solve them with product changes (not manual β€œsupport hacks”)

    • Build a roadmap focused on impact - fast releases, experiments, and measurable results

    • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Customer Success, and Sales to make retention part of the system, not hero work

    • Use AI and automation to scale loyalty - personalization, triggers, smart recommendations, and churn-prevention flows

βœ… What Makes You a Strong Fit:

    • 4+ years of Product Management experience (Senior PM / Lead PM level)

    • Strong background in retention / churn reduction / lifecycle product in SaaS or marketplaces

    • Proven ability to move key metrics - retention, churn, LTV, repeat purchases, activation

    • Deep understanding of PLG and the customer lifecycle - onboarding, activation, habit loops, expansion

    • Data-driven mindset - cohorts, funnels, A/B testing, product insights

    • Strong ownership - you execute without being micromanaged and deliver outcomes

    • English level strong enough for daily work - async communication, documentation, and calls

    βž• Bonus if you have:

    • Experience building anti-churn systems for the first 30-90 days after purchase

    • Experience driving adoption via product onboarding (guides, checklists, triggers)

    • Understanding of B2B retention and β€œvalue enforcement” mechanics

    • Experience implementing AI/automation for personalization and retention

    • Experience in high-tempo teams where speed matters more than perfection

🎁 Why You’ll Love It Here:

    • You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision

    • Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users

    • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain

    • Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication

    • Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average

    • A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff

    • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually

    • Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources

    • Real decision-making power and ownership of your results

We’re looking for a senior, results-driven performance marketer who knows how to move the needle.

This role is about outcomes, not tasks.
    Leads, conversions, ROI.

You will own the connection between Google Ads and high-converting websites, and you’ll be expected to turn traffic into real business results.

This is not a role for juniors, generalists, or people who need constant guidance.

    What you’ll do:

β€’ Build and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages
β€’ Create, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI
β€’ Connect ads, websites, and tracking into one conversion system
β€’ Take broad goals and turn them into clear execution plans
    β€’ Work independently without micromanagement

SEO and Google Business Profile optimization are a strong plus, but not mandatory at the start.

    Who should apply

β€’ You have proven experience driving real results, not vanity metrics
β€’ You’ve managed meaningful Google Ads budgets with accountability
β€’ You can take a wide, undefined task and execute it at a high level
β€’ You work independently and don’t need hand-holding
β€’ You know how to learn new tools or skills on your own when needed
β€’ You think like an owner, not like a task executor

    Please do NOT apply if:

β€’ You are not confident in your ability to deliver results
β€’ You need detailed instructions for every step
β€’ You’re looking for a slow-paced or heavily managed role

β€’ Real responsibility and real impact
β€’ A fast-growing service business across North America
