• Produce case studies with customers (interviews, storytelling, outcomes, and visuals).
• Own newsletters, product updates, onboarding and re-activation flows.
• Email infrastructure: Set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and preference centers; instrument behavioral triggers.
• PLG loops: NPS prompts, referral/affiliate tracking, in-product upsell nudges, and usage-based messaging.

We’re hiring a Full-Stack .NET Developer to build secure, scalable web applications and APIs. You’ll work across the stack using .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web API, with a strong emphasis on authentication and integration (OIDC/OAuth2, WebAuthn/passkeys, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD). Your initial focus will be on developing and onboarding workflows for HP multifunction devices. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ASP.NET services and RESTful Web APIs.
• Build and enhance front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
