    Requirements:

    - Experience in managing company benefits;
    - Experience in launching benefits for new offices/locations;

    Responsibilities:

    - Analyzing the demand and feasibility of existing benefits and improving them;
    - Calculating the cost and attractiveness of new benefits (new types, new locations) for employees;
    - Implementing benefits: drafting policies, internal communication, working with providers, analyzing effectiveness; 
    - Analyzing market practices; 
    Maintaining the knowledge base in Confluence, drafting new policies.
    Administering accruals/deductions, coordinating with other departments (L&D, Admin, Finance, Events).
