Head of Affiliates | iGaming | Canada, Australia & New Zealand

We are building a new iGaming project focused on Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and are looking for a Head of Affiliates to establish and grow our affiliate channel.

What you’ll do:
• Build the affiliate strategy for the target markets.
• Identify and develop partnerships with affiliates, SEO partners, media owners and other traffic providers.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid deals.
• Build a strong partner pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliates.
• Work with marketing and product teams to align partner activity with business goals.
• Track partner performance and optimize the channel based on traffic quality and results.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven affiliate marketing experience in iGaming.
• Knowledge of Canada, Australia and New Zealand markets.
• An existing network of relevant affiliate partners and traffic providers.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid deals.
• Ability to build an affiliate function and strategy from the ground up.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
