Fintech Core is a white-label modular fintech solution designed for rapid creation and launch of digital banking and payment products. It provides a comprehensive, turnkey platform that enables businesses to build neobanks, digital wallets, payment systems, and other fintech products within 3 months rather than years. The solution includes a complete technology stack: a robust general ledger platform, middleware layer, customizable frontend applications for iOS/Android/Web, and extensive third-party integrations for KYC, payments, card issuance, and compliance. Unlike traditional SaaS offerings, Fintech Core provides full access to source code, eliminating vendor lock-in and enabling deep customization.

The platform is built on microservices architecture with modular components that can be independently scaled and customized. It supports multi-currency operations, cross-border payments, card issuing, account management, transaction processing, compliance monitoring, and back-office orchestration. The solution is PCI & DSS compliant and designed to meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Project stage: Active development and continuous enhancement. The platform is mature with multiple successful implementations but undergoes constant evolution to incorporate new regulatory requirements, payment integrations, and fintech capabilities. Quality, scalability, and compliance are paramount priorities.

The size and the structure of the PROJECT team:

Cross-functional team including Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Analysts, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Security Specialists, and Compliance Consultants. The team operates in an Agile environment with close collaboration between technical and business functions.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech/Team Lead to join one of our team on an outsourcing basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams, solving complex problems, and engaging with clients to address their needs. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage and inspire a team, design scalable architectures for new solutions, and effectively present these solutions to clients.

• At least 5 years of experience as Software Developer.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve team conflicts effectively.

• Professional .NET backend development experience.
• Experience writing and using REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
• Wide experience with Docker is required.

Responsibilities

5.Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations of architectural designs and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

You’ll work across several portfolio projects — from AdTech platforms to mobile apps.

Your work will include creating visuals for digital and marketing needs, as well as supporting UI/UX design for web and product interfaces.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy working on different products and brands and want to grow your skills in product design in a fast-moving startup environment.
 

What you will be doing:

• create high-quality visual assets for digital and marketing needs across different brands and styles;
• support UI design for web and mobile products;
• create wireframes, mockups, and polished ui screens in figma;
• help improve user flows and overall user experience together with the product/design lead;
• design presentations, infographics, and other visual materials when needed;
• collaborate with the design lead, product team, and content/marketing team on both graphic design and product-related tasks.
   

Your background:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• strong graphic design portfolio with clean, modern, and versatile visual work;
• some hands-on experience with UI design, or a clear interest in growing into UI/UX and product design;
• confident skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• understanding of basic UI/UX principles, layout, hierarchy, and user-centered thinking;

The Role

We are looking for a strong executor — someone who lives inside the ad platforms, understands performance and PPC metrics deeply, and knows how to turn data into action.

This is a hands-on role. You will manage campaigns daily, analyze performance deeply, and work closely with BI and Creative teams to drive measurable results. 

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads).
• Monitor daily KPIs: CPL, CPA, FTDs, %CR, PV, Margin, LTV, ROAS
• Identify performance trends and act quickly
• Build structured A/B tests (creative, copy, funnels, targeting)
• Work closely with BI to analyze cohort data and deeper performance signals
• Collaborate with creative team on briefs and asset performance feedback
• Manage budgets responsibly and scale winning campaigns
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform and regulatory requirements
   

Requirements

Must have:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and additional paid media channels

• Experience in the Forex, iGaming, or other high-risk verticals

• Experience managing high paid budgets (preferably $200K+ monthly)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers daily

• Experience working with BI tools, data dashboards and cohort analysis.

• Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Experience working with tracking systems and attribution logic
• Understanding of funnel optimization beyond lead generation.
