What you will do

Your profile

• Upper-intermediate English

• Strong knowledge of standard D365 functionalities and most of the business processes listed below: 
  • Accounting policy (General Ledger, account structure, period close, etc.)
  • Accounts payable

We are seeking a highly proactive and business-driven Sales Manager to play a key role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, establishing relationships with prospective clients and driving initial engagement.

Responsibilities: 

• Identify, approach and engage new potential clients in the IT outsourcing sector.
• Manage the full early-stage sales cycle: outreach, qualification, discovery and handover to the technical team.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, primarily in the US market.
• Attend international conferences, networking events and industry meetups to build connections and generate business opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of activity across communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT outsourcing or software development services sales.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive processes and deliver results.
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
• Based in Europe and able to travel for conferences and client events.

About the project:
The core of the project is working with the data; the target is to redesign and enhance data-driven solutions. ● Strong Python skills

● Strong communication skills

● Strong working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases

● A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets

● Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets

● Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

● Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets

● Manage and optimize core data infrastructure

● Run maintenance routines regularly

● Tune table schemas to minimize costs and maximize performance

● Building and maintaining custom ingestion pipelines

● Build non-SQL transformation pipelines

● Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
