Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of next-generation e-commerce solutions, including high-performance web applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), and hybrid mobile experiences. We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our outsourcing team — not a pure ML researcher, but a pragmatic, data-driven backend engineer who knows how to put LLMs, vision APIs, and off-the-shelf models to work inside real products.

Most of our work isn’t training models from scratch — it’s understanding the business logic, collecting and cleaning data, wiring it into LLMs or services like AWS Textract, and shipping the result as a reliable API inside our existing platform.

If you’ve spent the last few years building APIs and integrations, you’re comfortable with data, and you’ve leaned hard into Cursor or Claude Code to deliver projects faster — this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship LLM-powered features: prompt design, data prep, passing context to the model, parsing and validating output, returning clean APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between our product and third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face models, AWS Textract, etc.).
• Take document-processing and computer-vision tasks end-to-end: ingest → Textract/vision API → post-process → structured output consumed by our backend.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years shipping production backend systems, with meaningful hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into real products.
• Strong in Node.js with the flexibility to work in Python — or a Python engineer who’s comfortable committing Node.js code. We need someone fluent on both sides; pure-Python candidates won’t be a fit.
• Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures — enough to write custom logic when an LLM or library can’t cover the case.

• Experience building chatbot workflows — conversational flows, multi-turn logic, context management — is a plus, as this is among our planned projects.
• AI-native delivery workflow. Role Overview 

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Engineer with deep frontend and full-stack capabilities inside the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem. This is a senior IC role — not a manager, but a technical leader. You'll drive architecture and implementation decisions across client storefronts, own the frontend quality bar, and shape how our team builds within SFCC.

You'll work across SFCC's full surface area — PWA Kit, SCAPI, headless and hybrid architectures, and Business Manager — while bringing genuine frontend craft to every engagement. You won't be limited to SFRA cartridge work; the expectation is that you can reason across the stack and lead implementation from the presentation layer down through the platform APIs.

You will partner closely with the product teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate security vulnerabilities, contributing to the creation of trustworthy and robust products.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with product teams during the design phase to facilitate threat modeling and risk assessment sessions.
• Perform in-depth manual code reviews on critical applications to identify logical vulnerabilities as part of white-box security assessments.
• Tune and adjust rulesets for automated security scanning tools to reduce false positives and improve detection rates.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows and free up time for more complex analysis.
• Assist developers in understanding security risks and threats discovered during risk assessments, threat modeling, and dynamic testing.
• Triage vulnerabilities from the bug bounty program, collaborating with external researchers and internal engineering teams to resolve discovered flaws.
• Collaborate with Dev/QA teams throughout the development lifecycle to enhance the application's security posture by providing dedicated security consulting, continuous knowledge sharing, and actionable guidance.
• Develop and maintain the internal security knowledge base, including comprehensive secure coding guidelines and technical manuals for standard security features.

Required Experience:

• 1.5+ years of experience in application security, software development, or related technical roles.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS protocols, cookie storage mechanisms, and session management).
• Knowledge of web application security mechanisms and controls (e.g., SOP, CORS, CSP).
• Comprehensive understanding of common web vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and their practical mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of secure system and application architecture alongside secure-by-design principles.
• Practical, hands-on expertise in identifying vulnerabilities through manual security assessments and secure code reviews.
• Ability to clearly articulate and explain the business impact of identified threats and vulnerabilities to developers and product teams.
• A strong security-first mindset with a continuous drive to learn and achieve excellence in the cybersecurity field.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for effective technical communication.

This role is fully dedicated to identifying, managing, and winning tender opportunities (RFPs / RFQs), primarily in the QA and software development space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for and identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities;
• Manage the full tender lifecycle: from qualification to submission
• Prepare high-quality RFP / RFQ responses;
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, QA, tech) to build competitive proposals;
• Develop strategies to increase win rate in tenders;
• Maintain pipeline and documentation for all tender activities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in tender management, sales, or business development;
• Proven experience winning tenders (mandatory);
• Strong hands-on experience with RFP / RFQ processes;
• Understanding of where and how to find tenders;
• Experience in QA / software testing is a strong plus;
• Alternatively, solid experience in IT services / software development sales;
