We are looking for a Product / Growth Product Manager to help scale and optimize a user acquisition product in the medical lead generation space.
We operate a performance-driven acquisition platform in the medical industry, where user quality, trust and long-term conversion metrics matter more than raw lead volume.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with:
β’ lead generation products in regulated or high-trust industries
β’ funnel optimization beyond simple CPL metrics
β’ user qualification and intent-driven flows
β’ conversion systems where sales happen with delayed feedback loops
What youβll work on
- Analyze and optimize funnel performance across different stages
- Improve user flows, conversion paths, and drop-off points
- Build and validate hypotheses / A/B tests
- Work closely with marketing, tech, and legal/compliance stakeholders
- Create structured technical requirements for development
- Improve CRM logic, statuses, attribution, and tracking flows
- Develop AI-assisted and automation workflows
- Optimize first-touch and lead processing logic
- Analyze user behavior using analytics and behavioral tools
Weβre looking for someone who has
- Experience in Product / Growth roles
- Experience with complex or compliance-heavy industries
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics and user behavior
- Understanding of:
workflows, hooks, integrations, attribution, automation logic - Ability to work in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Experience working with technical teams and integrations
- Ability to create clear and structured technical requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with B2C funnels
- Experience in regulated environments
