About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Website Developer to build the new version of the Applica website. This is a project-based contractor role (~1 month) with potential for ongoing hourly-based support after the initial launch.

You'll be working directly with a technical person from our team who will review your work, answer questions, and provide feedback throughout the project.

Tech Stack:

Key Tasks:

• Develop the Applica website from scratch based on ready-to-implement Figma designs (~10-15 pages)
• Deliver pixel-perfect implementation matching the designs exactly
• Implement all transitions and animations as specified in the designs
• Build fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens
• Create templated pages as CMS entities so new pages can be added via CMS without development (KeyStatic CMS integration already exists as a reference)
• Implement standard landing page elements: forms, pop-ups, newsletter subscription forms
• Integrate analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog)
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with solid architecture
• Collaborate with our technical person for code reviews and feedback

Note: CMS content creation and Zapier integrations are not part of the scope (handled by our team), but collaborative input is welcome.

Skills and Experience

Must have:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in website development
• Astro (or React with willingness to learn Astro quickly)

We’re looking for an Assistant to our CPO — someone exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing processes, information, and people to keep procurement and operations running smoothly.

You’re the person who brings order where things could get messy.

You love tables, dashboards, trackers, and structured systems. You don’t just collect information — you organize it, visualize it, and make it actionable.

You’re comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, following up, reminding, and keeping projects moving forward. You’re not afraid to “ping”, clarify, and ensure deadlines are respected — calmly, clearly, and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the CPO in managing procurement and supply chain projects end-to-end
• Maintain clear trackers, tables, and dashboards for suppliers, orders, shipments, and timelines
• Work actively with Notion, spreadsheets, and internal systems to structure information
• Assist with documentation, reports, and process visibility
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and basic accounting-related documentation (including 1C)
• Visualize processes and project statuses so everything is transparent and easy to follow
• Act as a control point to keep operations organized, updated, and moving forward

What You Bring

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with tables, spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards
• Experience with Notion (or similar tools for task and project management)
• Familiarity with 1C or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proactive mindset — you follow up, remind, and bring clarity
• English level B1–B2
• Russian language — written and spoken
• Comfortable working remotely
• Based in LATAM (required)

And now — we’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team! You’ll play a key role in driving our paid marketing performance across platforms, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our message reaches the right audiences at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support our paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. Your day-to-day will look something like this:

Campaign Support & Optimization

• Assist in setting up and running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Monitor performance, update budgets, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help test new audiences, creatives, ad angles, and landing pages.

Research & Insights

• Analyze basic metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and flag what works — and what doesn’t.
• Explore competitor ads, trends, and creative ideas that could inspire new tests.

Creative Testing

• Work closely with the content and creative teams to match messaging, hooks, and visuals.
• Help organize creative testing frameworks and track which concepts win.

Reporting & Daily Operations

• Prepare simple performance updates and assist in weekly reporting.
• Keep dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets organized and clean.

Learning & Growth

• Stay on top of platform updates, new tools, and fresh trends in paid media.
• Continuously learn through our internal knowledge base, coaching sessions, and campaign experimentation.

What You Bring

We’re not looking for a perfect resume — we’re looking for someone who’s hungry to grow.

• 1.5+ years of experience in media buying.
• Understanding of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads (even if only from sandbox projects).
• Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy numbers and finding patterns in data.
• Good English for communicating with the team (B1/B2+).
• Curiosity, accountability, and the ability to learn fast.

AdTribe is a performance marketing agency working directly with businesses and in a white-label format with agencies across the US, Canada, and Europe.

Required Skill Set & Mindset

• 6 months of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (willingness to grow into Google Ads is a strong plus)
• Interest in working with US and EU markets and readiness for evening overlap with the US (approximately 6:00–9:00 PM Kyiv time)
• Confidence in an English-speaking environment and genuine enjoyment of client and team communication (spoken English is required)

How We Support Your Growth

The first week is dedicated fully to onboarding — no client projects. The focus is on learning our internal documentation, processes, and approach to performance marketing.

The full onboarding program lasts 3 months and includes:

• Internal training system for account management
• Analytics course (business metrics, unit economics, data interpretation)

Within 9–12 months of collaboration:

• Transition from supervised work to independent account management
• Mastering 30–60–90 day strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Managing 5–7 advertising accounts under the mentorship of a Team Lead

We are looking for a creative designer to join our marketing team and produce social media visuals and digital brand assets that increase engagement and support a consistent brand presence.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Design visual content for social media (static posts, motion, stories, reels, GIFs, banners).
• Produce campaign creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, and partner channels.

OptiPlay is an independent iGaming studio focused on developing high-quality HTML5 slot games for international markets.
We’re growing our product team and are looking for a Middle–Senior QA Engineer to help us ensure top-tier quality from early development through release and post-launch support.

 What you’ll do

• Test HTML5 slot games across all development stages (desktop & mobile)
• Validate game logic and mechanics: math models, features, bonuses, free spins, RTP, win scenarios
• Perform regression testing before releases and updates
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Test platform and partner integrations (launches, promos, RTP changes, etc.)
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and game mathematicians
• Contribute to improving QA processes, checklists, and quality standards
• Execute and maintain test cases in TestRail

 What we’re looking for

•  5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (preferably in iGaming / slots/gambling), Solid understanding of HTML5 game development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience testing complex game mechanics and logic
• Experience with TestRail
