    Project-Based | Ukraine (Remote / Hybrid)

    About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on SOC 2 Compliance Expert / vCISO to take full ownership of our SOC 2 Type 1 audit and drive it to completion.

This is not a consulting or advisory role. We need a closer β€” someone who executes, fixes gaps, works directly in the tools, and leads us to a signed SOC 2 report.

    The Situation

We’ve been working on SOC 2 for ~6 months and are close, but progress has stalled. The foundation is there β€” what’s missing is focused execution and ownership to push through the final stretch.

    Scope of Work

    Gap Remediation

    • Review our current SOC 2 progress in [Vanta / Drata / Manual β€” specify]
    • Clearly identify remaining gaps and blockers

    Evidence Collection

    • Personally collect, prepare, and upload required evidence
(screenshots, logs, configs, access reviews, etc.)
    • We will provide all required system access

    Policy Management

    • Finalize, polish, and align all required security policies:
      • Information Security
      • Incident Response
      • Disaster Recovery / BCP
      • Access Control, etc.

    Auditor Liaison

    • Act as the primary point of contact with the auditing firm
    • Handle auditor questions, clarifications, and follow-ups end to end

    Technical Coordination

    • Translate compliance gaps into clear, actionable tickets
    • Work with our dev team on any remaining technical fixes

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience successfully closing SOC 2 audits (Type 1 required, Type 2 a plus) for SaaS companies
    • Strong technical background:
      • AWS or GCP
      • CI/CD pipelines
      • Access control & IAM
    • Highly execution-focused and autonomous
    • Comfortable owning the process without constant oversight

    Engagement Details

    • Project-based / sprint-focused
    • Immediate start preferred
    • Ukraine-based candidates preferred (but open to strong remote profiles)

    How to Apply

    Please DM with:

    1. A short summary of the last 2 SOC 2 projects you personally closed
    2. Your availability to start immediately
    3. Your rate (fixed price for the sprint or hourly)

    The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Leader to lead growth for a global EdTech mobile product with a proven, scaled acquisition engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys momentum, ownership, and the challenge of pushing a strong system further.

You’ll step into an organization running at a 7-digit monthly marketing spend, with a clear ambition to triple that level in 2026. Your focus will be on scaling performance marketing, raising the bar on creative and experimentation, and continuously improving efficiency as we grow.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own the marketing function end to end β€” performance marketing, experimentation, creative production, and team development. You’ll work closely with the GM and leadership team to translate business goals into clear, measurable growth plans, while keeping execution fast, collaborative, and a little bit fun.

What will you be responsible for

    • Define and own the overall marketing strategy for one of our subscription-based EdTech mobile apps, turning business goals into a clear, executable acquisition plan.
    • Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale, with Meta Ads as the primary growth driver and a strong focus on efficiency and volume.
    • Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation, testing new UA channels and approaches beyond the core setup.
    • Own marketing performance tracking end-to-end β€” from channel-level KPIs to CPA monitoring and optimization.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams, supported with the right resources, tooling, and clear priorities.
    • Drive team performance through regular feedback, structured evaluations, and individual development plans.
    • Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools and integrations to improve speed, insight, and scalability.

    Your expertise

    • Strong marketing leadership background with 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing (Mobile/Web, Tier-1). We’re looking for someone who has previously excelled as a Head of Performance, UA Lead/Meta Lead, or Creative Marketing Lead.
    • Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly spends with a focus on positive ROI and net profit growth.
    • Deep-dive expertise in Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA sources.
    • Hands-on experience solving complex scaling problems and navigating platform-specific volatility.
    • Expertise to build and optimize a creative production process/factory, with a strong focus on automation and efficient integrations.
    • Experience leading teams in fast-paced startup environments, including hiring, performance management, and building IDPs.

    Competencies & Mindset

    • Systematic and data-driven approach to every decision you make.
    • T-shaped mindset with a deep understanding of how effective marketing impacts overall business goals.
    • Strong discovery & hacker mindset with a passion for constant experimentation and testing new hypotheses and approaches.
    • Ability to thrive in a β€œfast-paced” environment where agility and speed of execution are key.

    Hiring Process

    • Stage 1: Interview with HR (1h).
    • Stage 2: Technical assignment.
    • Stage 3: Interview with General Manager.
    • Stage 4: Interview with C-level team.

What we offer for your success

    • Monthly bonus system based on key metrics.
    • Very warm and friendly working environment and flexible working schedule.
    • 20 days off + paid national holidays, and 12 sick days paid by the company per year.
    • Medical insurance, and health protection programs (with COVID-19 and dental coverage).
    • Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
