We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in international markets. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the sales process, work independently, and consistently turn opportunities into business results.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → negotiation → closing
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (EU/US)
• Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and apply a value-based selling approach
• Develop tailored proposals for IT services and custom software solutions
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients
• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM data, and sales forecasting
• Achieve agreed revenue and pipeline KPIs
• Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and management teams
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor positioning
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT services and technology solutions
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
• Experience generating and developing new business opportunities
• Understanding of the custom software development lifecycle
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive opportunities forward
• Strong result orientation and ability to achieve sales targets
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Would Be a Plus

• Experience working with international clients, particularly in EU/US markets
• Experience in ERP & CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Cloud solutions
• Experience selling complex IT services or solutions
• Experience developing new markets or sales channels
