About the role:

Intent Solutions Group is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Lviv. In this hands-on role, you’ll help turn marketing ideas into campaigns and content that build awareness, generate qualified B2B leads, and support pipeline growth for our software consultancy services.
You’ll work closely with our CMO, sales team, and copywriter while taking ownership of day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities:

Create case studies and proof-based content from customer calls, recordings, and interviews.

Use GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support content adaptation, campaign ideation, testing, reporting, and workflow automation.

Experiment with new approaches that improve marketing productivity and scale output without compromising quality.

Analyse campaign performance and share clear insights and recommendations with the CMO.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to keep campaigns aligned with business goals and pipeline priorities.

Support other initiatives, including event promotion, partnerships, and outbound campaigns.

Build and maintain target-account and contact lists for outreach to CTOs, venture capital firms, strategic partners, and other relevant audiences.

Requirements:
4–6+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within IT services, software development, SaaS, or technology consulting.

Experience delivering lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns with measurable results.

Strong ownership and the ability to take work from an initial brief to a finished result with limited supervision.

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create natural, professional content for US audiences.

Practical experience with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, email platforms, content management systems, SEO tools, and related marketing technology.

The ability to turn one idea or asset into effective content across several channels and formats.

Regular, practical use of GenAI tools to improve marketing productivity and streamline workflows.

• створення та підтримка масштабованих та надійних конвеєрів даних для прийому даних з різних джерел (внутрішні системи, APls, зовнішні платформи);

About the Project:

We are building a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The system combines blockchain logic, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure ticket processing, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or product teams
• Proven hands-on experience working with Web3 products and dApps (must-have)
• Strong product mindset — you understand the why behind a feature, not only the requirements and deadlines
• Experience delivering product features or complex functionality end-to-end
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong requirements management skills: gathering, structuring, documenting, and translating requirements into development tasks
• Practical understanding of dApp user flows, including wallet connection, transaction lifecycle, signing flows, gas fees, and smart contract interactions
• Ability to look at a feature from the user and product perspective and identify gaps, risks, or better solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features within Web3 products and dApps, from requirements to release
• Understand the product goal and user value behind each feature
• Work with Product and stakeholders to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
• Manage priorities, scope, and changes throughout the delivery process
• Coordinate engineering, QA, design, and other stakeholders
• Track timelines, progress, dependencies, and delivery quality
• Work closely with the team on dApp-specific flows, including wallet connection, transaction states, signing UX, and smart contract interactions
• Consider Web3-specific aspects such as transaction flows, UX clarity, and security
• Spot product or UX issues during delivery and proactively suggest improvements
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Keep project and product documentation up to date
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery process

About the Role

As a Junior Technical Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s payment platform and help businesses integrate and run their payment flows smoothly. This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of technical operations and product — working with our technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve the payment experience for businesses worldwide.

• Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)

• Knowledge of SQL

We are looking for the HR Lifecycle&Benefits Lead to ensure the company’s market competitiveness and high levels of talent satisfaction by implementing industry best practices across the benefits ecosystem and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, standardize, and scale global Employee Lifecycle processes (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding, and other HR operations) across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a consistent employee experience.
• Build and maintain a global Benefits framework, including governance principles, eligibility rules, vendor management, and ongoing optimization of benefits programs
• Audit existing HR processes, identify operational gaps, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and scalability
• Partner with HRIS and Automation teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, improve data integrity, and automate manual HR workflows
• Establish quality control mechanisms, operational checkpoints, and access controls to minimize financial, compliance, and process-related risks
• Develop HR operational metrics and dashboards to track service quality, cost efficiency, automation progress, and process performance
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of HR Operations specialists across Lifecycle, Benefits, HRIS, and Automation areas

• Manage relationships with strategic vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and evaluate benefits ROI to optimize company investment

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 2–3+ years in a senior HR Operations, HR Lead, C&B Lead, or similar role within an international or fast-growing environment
• Proven experience designing and scaling Employee Lifecycle processes across multiple countries or business hubs
• Strong knowledge of global benefits management, including benefits strategy, governance, vendor management, and cost optimization
• Experience managing HRIS systems, improving data quality, and implementing HR process automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work effectively with HR technology teams
• Experience with HR analytics, operational reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and audit processes within HR operations
• Experience leading and developing teams, setting priorities, and establishing operational standards
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data visualization tools

• Systems thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex crossfunctional projects
