Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo / Full-Funnel)

Summary

We're a growing e-commerce brand selling across 7 European markets (NL, DE, FR, ES, IT, UK, SE) on Shopify Plus. We want one person to own our entire email channel: strategy, design, and build. You're an owner, not a campaign-pusher.
 

What you'll own
 

-Email strategy: flows (welcome, nurture, win-back), campaign calendar, segmentation
-Design: sharp, on-brand templates you create yourself
-Build everything in Klaviyo across all 7 markets
-Deliverability: inbox placement, list hygiene, sender reputation
-Directing multilingual copy (via freelancers / AI, you own structure and quality)
 

You're a strong fit if you
 

-Have a strong email design portfolio and have owned email strategy (show us both)
-Can point to a case where you lifted open rate and inbox placement
-Think in flows, not one-off campaigns
-Build comfortably in Klaviyo yourself
-Work independently and document as you go

-AI tools in your workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, image generation)
-Shopify Plus and multi-market e-commerce
-Figma
