Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Perform UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Test integration of the connectors and connection flows
• Validate connector configurations, communication flows, and enterprise integration scenarios
• Test REST/SOAP APIs and back-end services
• Validate FE/BE interactions and API behavior
• Analyze logs, network traffic, and test failures
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Work closely with Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams
• Support CI/CD test execution
• Participate in release and regression testing
• Contribute to automation framework improvements
• Participate in performance and load testing activities
   

Requirements:

• Ability to visit office in Rzeszów
• 3+ years of Automation/Manual QA experience
• Experience upgrading or maintaining automation frameworks
• Experience with Java or Cypress or Playwright
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
• Strong understanding of FE/BE interaction and client-server architecture
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL knowledge
• Basic Linux terminal skills
• Integration testing experience
• Experience using Browser Dev Tools for debugging
• Experience writing test documentation
• Git experience
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (a strong advantage)
• Good level of understanding of HTTPS and REST fundamentals
• Experience with SOAP
• Docker experience
• JMeter or k6 experience
• XPath/XQuery knowledge
• Experience with GitHub Copilot
• Experience with cloud- or microservice-based systems

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to build our performance function as a system, not a set of campaigns: operating model, metrics, standards, team.
 

Own the direction end to end - strategy, people, budgets, results and scale it across sources and funnels without losing control.
 

What You'll Own

• Performance function - all processes, specialists, and traffic sources
• Traffic strategy - spend split across Meta, TikTok, Google; resilience if one platform gets restricted
• Funnel portfolio - web2web, web2app, app, each with clear economics and a scaling path
• Operating model - a team structure that scales without adding manual oversight
• Metrics & reporting - one real-time picture of results for leadership
• Unit economics - spend growth that turns into margin, not just volume
• People - senior specialists who can run major clients solo, with successors ready

What We're Looking For
 

Must have:

• 6+ years in performance marketing, including 2+ years managing a team of performance specialists
• Hands-on media buying experience on Meta, TikTok, and Google - as a practitioner, not only as a manager
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets and accountability for their efficiency
• Solid experience with web2web and web2app funnels - understanding the creative → funnel → conversion → economics chain
• Strong command of unit economics, attribution, and CPA / ROAS / CAC / LTV metrics
• Track record of building processes, standards, and teams - from scratch or through a scaling phase
• Experience navigating platform policies and account risk (rejections, bans, compliance)
• English proficient enough to communicate with platform representatives and partners
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with app traffic: mobile app installs, in-app events, post-install optimization
• Product/growth-side experience - understanding of monetization, retention, and LTV mechanics
• Direct partnerships with platform reps (Meta / TikTok / Google) and access to partner programs
• Agency experience - managing a client portfolio and external stakeholders
• Experience automating media buying via API or internal tools
