Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR / People Partnership roles within IT companies.

• Strong understanding of the full People Management cycle — from onboarding to exit interviews.
• Awareness of the importance of HR analytics and its role in supporting management decisions.
• Confident user of Google Sheets and basic analytical tools.
• Experience working with HR CRM systems (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in implementing key HR processes such as 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.

(Part-Time, ~20 hours/week)

We’re looking for a fast, creative, marketing-focused Video Creative Producer who can turn concepts into high-performing short-form videos — from idea and hook to editing and final A/B variations.
If you think fast, execute quickly, and create videos that drive measurable results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative concepts and briefs for short marketing videos
• Write short-form marketing copy (hooks, captions, CTAs)
• Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools (Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)
• Create multiple versions and platform-optimized formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Translate marketing messages into compelling visual stories
• Support ongoing creative and marketing needs from idea to final delivery

Must-Have Requirements

Experience

• 1–2 years in video production, creative marketing, or a similar role
