Responsibilities

- Write good and well-tested Web Application code
- Write good and well-tested code in Angluar and TypeScript
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write Test Cases and User/Supporter Documentation of your code
- Development environment support (mostly automation using Jenkins CI, Bash, Groovy)
- Evaluate and adopt new development tools, libraries and approaches to improve quality
- Perform peer code review of project codebase changes

We create high-performing ad creatives for DTC brands running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Creative Strategist who can turn product research and audience insights into concepts, hooks, and scripts that capture attention and drive conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Research brands, products, target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify strong creative angles.
• Search for and develop creative ideas for Meta ads. We will teach you our internal research process and show you how to find scalable concepts.
• Write scripts, hooks, voiceover copy, on-screen text, and CTAs for short-form vertical videos.
• Develop multiple hook variations for testing different angles, customer pain points, motivations, and audience segments.
• Adapt creative concepts into different formats, including AI-generated videos, UGC-style videos, product demonstrations, testimonial-style ads, static-to-video concepts, and end cards.
• Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on results: identify what works, cut what does not, and develop new variations of winning concepts.
• Collaborate with video editors, AI video creators, UGC creators, and the performance marketing team.
• Stay up to date with creative trends, competitor ads, AI tools, and best practices for Meta advertising.

What You Should Be Able To Do

• Write a script that sells: a strong hook, a clear angle, a reason to keep watching, understandable product benefits, and a compelling call to action. This is the core skill for this role and is non-negotiable.
• Understand the fundamentals of what makes a Meta ad convert: hooks, pacing, retention, visual storytelling, customer objections, benefits, and the first three seconds of a video.
• Understand how short-form vertical video works, especially in a 9:16 format for Reels, Stories, and Feed placements.
• Think in terms of creative testing: develop several angles, hooks, and iterations rather than relying on one “perfect” idea.
• Conduct basic product, audience, competitor, and market research.
• Be comfortable using AI tools, or be a fast learner who is genuinely interested in experimenting with new tools.
• Communicate clearly in English and write natural, conversion-focused English copy.

Requirements

• English level: B2+.
• Strong written English skills. You will not need to communicate directly with clients, but you should be able to understand spoken English and follow what is being said in video content.
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00.
• Your own laptop and stable, fast internet connection.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple creative tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback, iterate, and improve.
• Interest in performance marketing, Meta Ads, e-commerce, AI video tools, and creative strategy.

Mandatory Test Assignment

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a mandatory short test assignment.

The test assignment should take approximately one hour to complete. If your application is selected for the next stage, we will send you the test assignment and instructions via direct message.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist / Team Lead / Head with a strong technical background and expertise in the iGaming vertical, ready to take charge of an affiliate project portfolio across international markets. If you know how to automate processes, build large-scale PBN networks, and manage risks in high-risk GEOs, we will provide you with full autonomy and all the necessary resources to execute large-scale strategies.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for affiliate websites (grey / black hat).
• Managing a network of projects with diverse SEO strategies and risk profiles.
• Launching websites tailored to key SEO objectives and configuring CDNs (Cloudflare, etc.).
• Implementing process automation (website deployment, link building, content, technical SEO).
• Organizing and monitoring backlink profile building (focusing on grey / black hat methods).
• Reacting promptly to algorithm updates and handling crisis management (manual actions, filters, blocks).
• Coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.
   

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming. 
• Up-to-date experience in iGaming at your most recent position.
• Experience with mono-brands and affiliate networks (multi-offer traffic generation, grey-hat promotion methods).
• Experience with PBN creation and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

• Take a business problem and deliver a working product — spec, decomposition, implementation, testing, release
• Run multiple parallel agent sessions across projects; manage context, worktrees, and merges
• Write PRDs, use cases, and test cases that agents can actually execute against
• Define and build the team around this model — decide which roles are actually needed, write the profiles, interview, and onboard.
• Own the review layer — decide what gets reviewed by agents, what needs a human, and who that human is. Set the standard for what "validated" means before something reaches production
• Pick up projects currently stuck in the backlog and prove they can be delivered without a development team
• Extend our existing systems where we've hit a ceiling — BD tooling, data science workflows, internal automation, our meeting/insight memory bank

• Track record of managing people or projects — you're comfortable defining work and holding others to it
• Demonstrated agentic delivery: you've shipped something real with Claude Code or an equivalent harness, not just used AI for autocomplete
• Strong decomposition and context management — you know how much context an agent needs and how to give it
• Broad applied expertise in some domain (trading, fintech, ops, infrastructure, data — we're open). Depth in one narrow stack matters less than range

About the project: You’ll be working on a young, but actively developing cryptocurrency project. It’s a young global product built on a microservices architecture with a constantly expanding number of smart contracts. 

The tech stack: Node.js, TS, Nest.js, BTC, ETH, and SOL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes. The product follows Domain-Driven Design (DDD), PCI DSS standards, and uses Feature Branch Flow.


Responsibilities:
Backend Development: Develop a new backend for an existing project.
Full Development Cycle: Take ownership of the entire development process.
Requirements & Architecture: Define technical requirements and system architecture.
Product Release: Ensure successful product release and ongoing maintenance.
Product Logic: Develop and maintain business logic features.
Infrastructure: Handle infrastructure-related tasks such as deployment, scaling, and performance optimization

Must Have:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in program engineering, and a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry.
