Summary

We're preparing to roll out a brand-new marketplace section on our platform. Before we remove the staging gates, open up indexing, and kick off a massive programmatic expansion, we need a sharp, hands-on Technical SEO specialist to audit our foundation and stress-test our scaling strategy.

One of our main tasks is generating optimal weekly menus for vessel crews.

The system must consider:

This role is focused on the technical side of UAV operations — assembly, configuration, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multirotor / fixed-wing airframes and their supporting equipment.

You will keep the team’s fleet in top shape and make sure every flight starts from a known-good aircraft. Piloting skills are welcome and useful, but they are not a hard requirement — your value here is in the hardware.

We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to become the technical owner of the backend platform: you decide how it is built.

The MVP is live and it proved the product works. Now it has to become a platform that holds under load, over unreliable networks, on a 24/7 production system - which means new services designed properly, an engineering standard that does not exist yet (Spec-Driven Development, AI-powered pipelines, CI/CD, review), and the old shortcuts retired along the way.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the backend: Django, DRF, FastAPI services, Celery, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, and the OPC UA components
• Audit the existing MVP end to end and define the refactoring strategy.
• Design reliable failover for site connectivity so telemetry and commands keep working over unstable networks
• Balance fast product validation against long-term platform stability, and re-prioritize when the business shifts
• Build AI-powered engineering workflows (agentic pipelines) and make Spec-Driven Development the standard

We're looking for a Sr Backend Engineer with deep Django and real production experience in Celery and Redis, to take full ownership of the core web platform. Concretely: the dashboard backend, the REST API, the async job layer, and the access-control model behind them. Today the lead and the CTO carry this on top of architecture and integrations - that split does not scale, and this role ends it.

You own the application layer end to end. Day to day: you pick up a piece of the platform, design how it should behave, build it in Django/DRF, move the heavy work into Celery tasks, make sure the queue behaves under failure, wire the permission and audit layer around it, cover it with pytest, and ship it. No "someone else will handle the async part". You handle it.

One thing to be clear about: commands issued from this platform reach real industrial equipment in the field. That is why access control and audit logging are must-haves here and not a checkbox - a wrong permission or an unlogged action has consequences outside the database.

What you'll do

• Develop and own the core Django application: dashboard backend, REST API, async job layer, access-control model
• Design and optimize ORM queries - and know what SQL your querysets actually produce
