What kind of Features you will work on
 

1. Implementation of personalized news notifications feature Develop a highly effective subscription management mechanism enabling customers to receive timely updates about significant corporate actions/events affecting assets in their investment portfolios. Ensure stable connectivity with data providers, reliable storage solutions, and reusable access to collected data for other Pinnakl microservices.

2. Performance optimization of stock trading services
Conduct thorough profiling and monitoring analysis to identify bottlenecks and critical areas. Apply advanced techniques including caching mechanisms, responsibility redistribution among microservices, and refactoring current code base. Implement automated testing practices along with CI/CD methodologies.

3. Enhancing system observability across all infrastructure components
Investigate the full lifecycle of customer requests and integrate modern tools to improve observability. Enhance logging systems, robust tracing capabilities, and comprehensive monitoring frameworks. Create user-friendly dashboards providing instant visibility into problem zones and facilitating quick issue resolution.

4. Integration of AI technologies for risk calculation and compliance control
Design and build infrastructure for seamless interaction with machine learning models aimed at improving risk calculations of investment portfolios and trading compliance control.

5. Modernization of CRM system using microservice architecture

Migrate the existing CRM solution onto a new microservices architecture based on Clean Architecture principles. This effort will accelerate our company's large-scale transformation program of IT infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities

• Scoping, architecting, modeling and implementing multiple new product features as you collaborating with front end engineers, UX designers, and founder.
• Getting your hands dirty, writing API endpoints, schemas, data-handling functions, and other code.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Growth Manager (Web Funnels) to join our Growth Team and own the revenue performance of a funnel cluster within the Business Unit.
In this role, you will define and drive the Growth strategy within your ownership area, ensuring measurable revenue impact, sustainable improvement of unit economics, and experimentation maturity within your funnel cluster.
You will operate in a complex multi-product environment with multiple active funnels, different monetization logics, and varied traffic sources, requiring strong prioritization and strategic focus.

As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you’ll work on Chargebackhit — technology that protects online businesses from fraud and chargebacks. The product is mature but runs with the energy of a startup: things evolve fast and decisions are made quickly.

This role puts you at the heart of product operations — connecting services, monitoring performance, and working with data that protects merchants in real time. It’s an ideal opportunity to kick-start your analytics career in fintech.
 

What you’ll own

— connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services
— working with the database

You’re a great fit if you have

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in analytics, programming, mathematics, or a related field
— Strong command of SQL and Excel
— Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Senior Flutter Developer (Mobile)

We are looking for a very senior Flutter developer to join a licensed European fintech company on a long-term contract.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Flutter development
- Strong experience building production mobile apps (iOS and Android)
- Dart, Bloc/Provider state management
- Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID
- REST API integrations
- Firebase (analytics, crashlytics, push notifications)
- CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Experience with payment SDKs, fintech, or regulated industries is a strong plus
- English B2+

Nice to have:
- Experience with money transfer or remittance apps
- Multi-currency / localization implementation
- Amplitude or similar analytics tools
